Best Holiday Inn Stay Ever
Pros:

I loved that the hotel was modern, the bathroom had the upgrade that any Hilton Hotel would offer. I also liked that the hotel didn't have the old scent like most Holiday Inns. The free breakfast was a great perk and I loved the little automated machine for pancakes and the options you had. Your customer service rep that checked me in on my arrival Tuesday evening was super helpful and sweet. All your staff was great. Your location is one of the cleanest and most modern location and I loved it. I will totally stay there again when on business our leisure. Maybe have one of those scented oil infused like the other fancy hotel, haha. That is honestly all you were missing on my opinion. I really enjoyed my stay. Janeth the young lady that checked me was a great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Lovely hotel, delightful breakfast buffet
Pros:

Great buffet. Clean room and communal areas. Free shuttle ride to Six Flags (didn't use it but that was nice to have). Restrooms are well maintained. Pool was well kept. What do you think would make your next stay better? Free parking. More pancake batter please- they ran out on 3rd day hahha. Not a deal breaker though.

Awesome and wondeful experience!
Pros:

This is by far the best hotels we stay at on a pretty consistent basis. The hotel crew is AWESOME, so very friendly and helpful and they always recognize our return. Julie and her team at night really do a wonderful job and it is fun to return and catch up on the news! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are tidy. If ever we need something, the front desk is always there to assist us in any way possible.
Always a TERRIFIC experience, keep up the great job everyone and we'll see you all soon!!!

Cons:

The only thing that needs to change is the cleaning in the rooms , you can see how dirty the bed frames were with grease stains and soda stains. There was so much food crumbs under the bed when we walked in . My son was playing on the ground and you can see all the dust coming off the ground even under the bed . A big no for me
