Cons:

Why do you build a pond with rooms around when you leave in a place with mosquito plague? I quite don’t understand because it was not a nice view and they create a mosquito nursery around the rooms. They were so much it’s impossible to stay outside in your terrace. Wifi not working, employees not very friendly.
Almost impossible to get to the beach with kids, you have to walk at least 3 hours in the jungle.

Buena acogida y atención.
Pros:

Todo el personal es muy atento. El sitio es agradable y tranquilo. Está a unos 8 o 10 minutos caminando a la entrada del Zaino del parque Tayrona.

Cons:

Recomendaría tener en cuenta que para adquirir productos de tienda, se debe caminar unos 8 minutos, así que es bueno planear qué llevar al hotel.

Really beautiful hotel - walking distance from the park
Pros:

So beautiful! And right beside Tayrona park. The food was so amazing and the pool is breathtaking

Espectacular
Pros:

A nuestro parecer, aunque el otro tiene las vistas de la piscina, este es mil veces mejor. Más bonito, más ordenado, más acogedor en cuanto a sus servicios. También es muy seguro (con portería y registro a la entrada y salida), está muy cerca caminando de la entrada al parque Tayrona.
Los trabajadores no pueden ser más amables y atentos. Además su sistema de cobro por pulsera te acompaña a que en tu estancia no te tengas que preocupar nada más que por vivir la experiencia.
El restaurante calidad brutal y merece la pena.

Cons:

Su desayuno siempre deberían de incluirlo en el precio de la reserva ya que, es un sitio que no puedes comer en otro lugar que no sea en el hotel, mucho menos salir a desayunar, entonces no tiene lógica que debas cogerlo aparte.

Personal muy amable y restaurante muy bueno. Desayunos completos y cenas muy buenas. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente y nos compensaron por ello. Gracias!!!!

Heerlijk hotel met fijn zwembad
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel met een heerlijk zwembad. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. Bij aankomst kregen we een heerlijk welkomstdrankje en hapje. Verder ligt het hotel op 10 min lopen naar de entree van Tayrona.

Loved our stay at Koguiwa, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool is fantastic and larger than most hotels and the room was comfy. It was the perfect last stop for our trip.
