The most incredible stay
Pros:

The staff were so incredible and kind- we didn’t have hot water working in our room and they moved us immediately. The facilities are beautiful and it is an incredible oasis in the jungle. You will not regret staying here

Schitterend gelegen, een oase van rust in een ongelooflijk mooi stukje natuur.

Cons:

De eetzaal is een beetje ongezellig, iets te licht en een grote ruimte zonder afscheidingen. Om half 10 was er geen koffie en thee meer veekrijgbaar.

Pros:

We loved the location, the peaceful environment, the rooms and the food was very good. We enjoyed exploring Teyrona National Park and the employees were helpful when asked for things.

Cons:

The one thing we noticed is when there are power cuts (they are frequent but minimal) the pool filter turns off meaning it is not clean, the people who work there didn’t realise this until it was pointed out which was very disappointing, this meant the filter was off for almost a day, this happened three times during our stay in which we had to highlight this to them.

Incredible place! Super beautiful, pool was so nice, rooms felt luxurious and clean. Loved our stay!

Incredible stay! The pool area is so beautiful, staff were very nice and bed was comfortable. Right by tayrona park entrance too so was great!

Cons:

Food at dinner could be improved. Wasnt bad but wasnt the best.
