Great location and value.
Pros:

Great location, facilities and stuff. I enjoyed my stay and the access to the spa too. Unfortunately, the sauna and the steam room were not working, making the facilities of the spa only 50% operational on my day of stay. The location is right in the centre of Yerevan but still quiet.

Cons:

Spa not fully working.

The breakfast was very good—tasty and rich. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; we slept very well. The staff were very friendly, and the environment felt safe. The hotel also had security checks at the entrance due to an international event, and the personnel remained welcoming throughout.
