Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were very polite, professional, and helpful. I actually moved to this hotel after a disappointing experience at the neighboring hotel, which I had originally booked through Booking.com. Despite its high rating and five-star classification, that hotel felt more like a guesthouse than a proper luxury hotel.

This hotel, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. I honestly don’t understand how the other hotel has such a high rating while this hotel offers a far superior experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

советуем этот отель для проживания, но без планов посещения бассейна
Pros:

При заселении получили номер повышенной категории. Отличное расположение отеля в центре города. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Завтраки.

Cons:

Посещения бассейна практически не возможно. Постоянно большое количество людей из города и различные группы детей, пожилых людей и женщин для которых освобождаются 2-3 дорожки и всех остальных перемещают на 2 -3 оставшихся дорожки. Т.е. на дорожке плавают от 7-10 чел.

Καλη τοποθεσια ανετη διαμονη ευρυχωρα δωματι και καθαρα!

Cons:

Η σχεση τιμη του ξενοδοχειου με την booking ειψε διαφορα και δημιουργηθηκε προβλημα!

Отель норм, но цена завышена
Pros:

Хорошее расположение в самом центре
Вкусный завтрак
Хороший номер со всеми удобствами

Cons:

Цена сильно завышена, я заплатил 2000$ за 7 ночей. Столько же я заплатил за отель в Барселоне в центре города.

Учитывая цену, в спа я так и не попал. СПА постоянно был переполнен.

Душевая кабина изношена со следами ржавчины или налетом.

Pros:

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to everything. Coffee shops restaurants, and markets. Very safe area. (In general Yerevan we felt very safe in all areas in the center). Great breakfast. Different every day. Rooms very clean. Our room was very quiet. Was facing the garden. Pool, spa and gym were included in the price. Staff at the reception willing to help with our transportation.

Cons:

Tv channels all in Armenian language. Not convenient for English speakers.
