Nice hotel in a great, central location. The room is very comfortable and modern—assuming you don't get an accessible room. Great breakfast, and the staff are very nice."

​"I was given an accessible room. Everything was on one level, and water splashed everywhere in the bathroom, causing me to almost slip. Also, the mirror was placed very low, so I could only see my chest and not my head. I informed the front desk, but they said they couldn't change my room that evening, and only moved me the next day. It was an unpleasant experience. Other than that, their standard rooms are great

Good place to stay centrally.
Pros:

The absolute highlight of our stay was the hotel's unbeatable location. Being so centrally located made our trip seamless and enjoyable.

Cons:

While the breakfast variety is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in food quality. And although the service was fine, the dinner we had at the ground-floor restaurant fell quite short on taste

Cons:

Не первый раз бронируем номер в этом отеле. В этот раз нам не повезло. Достался номер с видом на ресторан, откуда ночью и вечером доносилась громкая музыка с басами, от которых тряслись стены. К сожалению, не смогли нормально отдохнуть, не смогли выспаться.

An amazing and comfortable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and a wonderful hospitality
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The decoration and atmosphere were beautiful, and the hotel had a pleasant smell throughout. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location was excellent and central, with everything nearby.

I also appreciated the quiet environment and the well-equipped gym facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Miss Lalat for her exceptional hospitality, warm smile, and outstanding support throughout my stay. She made my experience even more memorable.

Cons:

Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be to add a few more breakfast options for guests staying for several days. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied with my experience.

Сделай е одну дорожку для посететилей отеля отдельно чтобы мы могли с детьми просто побеситься в бассейне.
Pros:

Красиво, очень приятный персонал. Все улыбчивые и отзывчивые.

Cons:

Брали отель ради бассейна, но бассейн это параллельно фитнес центр для местных. И нам поплавать всегда проблематично, так как дорожки забиты всегда много людей. Все фыркают что мы им мешаем, хотя мы заплатили не маленькие деньги за номер. Больше не выберем этот отель точно.

прекрасный завтрак. очень любезный персонал! с каждым гостем пза завтраком пытались найти общение, всячески помочь, очень доброжелателен!

Cons:

1. Странная система пропуска на завтрак - у каждого гостя спрашивали не номер комнаты, как во всех отелях, а именно фамилию. Я сидел рядом и слышал фамилии всех гостей :( мне кажется, это неприемлимо с точки зрения защиты персональных данных!
2. Лампа над столом мигала, пришлось пересесть.
