Un hôtel absolument magnifique, idéalement situé en pleine jungle, dans un cadre exceptionnel et dépaysant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des chambres, les grands espaces et la tranquillité des lieux. Une véritable immersion dans la nature, sans rien sacrifier au confort. Une expérience inoubliable !

No hicieron el servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Cuando llegué en la noche, encontré la habitación tal.como la dejé en la mañana. También tuve problemas.con la electricidad, el breaker tumbó y tuve que llamar a recepción para que resolvieran.

Clean rooms and close to centre of cancun
Poor service and organisation via the booking platform. Messaged 3x about taxi transfer from the airport and got no response over a week long period. Nothing more than an ‘I’ll have to bring it up with m colleague’ on check in
