Mancanza di una macchinetta "professionale" per il caffè / cappuccino. Solo caffè americano già pronto :(
Raggiungere la zona delle spiagge via bus è un po' scomodo (circa 1h); tuttavia, ce la siamo cavata facilmente con Uber spendendo poco (4 euro).
L'emplacement de l'hôtel et aussi le très bon service de tous les employés, surtout de Madame Odalys qui nous recevait avec un très beau sourire tous les matins au déjeuner, elle faisait très bien son travail, et aussi tous les employées qui ont nettoyé notre chambre pendant notre séjour, elles la laissaient impecable, et finalement les employés à la réception, toujours aimables et à l'écoute pour aider. Merci beaucoup!

El aire acondicionado esta bajo, la regadera no funciono bien al igual que la llave del lavamanos con poco flujo de agua, los cajones y la mesa si estaban vacíos pero sucios Al limpiar con papel si observó suciedad y también dentro los cajones de la cómoda y mesa, el bote de basura del baño es muy pequeño, no funcionaba el extractor de olores, una lámpara del espejo no funcionaba, el control de la tv varios botones no funcionaban bien, era difícil cambiar de canal y disminuir el volumen, la caja fuerte con batería baja

No hot water in the shower 4 days I do not shower in cold water I checked out as they did not fix or change rooms.
I paid for 9 nights and due refund of 5 or will do chargeback.
The room is spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were sufficient. It is your typical no-frills hotel, but at a decent standard.
No key card to go up the different building levels, and the breakfast was very disappointing. Taking the luggage up the ramp was a bit challenging.
