Habitación muy limpia y perfecta para descansar una noche

Cons:

El personal de recepción no estaba muy atento y predispuesto a dar indicaciones sobre cómo moverse en la ciudad por la noche y el desayuno es muy limitado

El hotel se encuentra en una buena ubicacion rodeada de muchos restaurantes de diferentes tipo de comida, ademas saliendo del hotel nos encontramos con 2 tiendas 7-Eleven y Oxxo, Casas de cambio muy cerca. El desayuno era bastante buffet y todos los dias variaban la comida

Da localização, está próximo de um grande shopping que tem muitas opções para comer. Também está a uns 2 km do ponto de embarque para Isla Mujeres. O café da manhã é razoável.

Cons:

Mancanza di una macchinetta "professionale" per il caffè / cappuccino. Solo caffè americano già pronto :(

Raggiungere la zona delle spiagge via bus è un po' scomodo (circa 1h); tuttavia, ce la siamo cavata facilmente con Uber spendendo poco (4 euro).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et aussi le très bon service de tous les employés, surtout de Madame Odalys qui nous recevait avec un très beau sourire tous les matins au déjeuner, elle faisait très bien son travail, et aussi tous les employées qui ont nettoyé notre chambre pendant notre séjour, elles la laissaient impecable, et finalement les employés à la réception, toujours aimables et à l'écoute pour aider. Merci beaucoup!

Eine Nacht in downtown
Pros:

Nettes Personal, waren nur eine Nacht deswegen hatten wir uns für downtown entschieden. Frühstück war ok sonst alles super
