recently took a solo trip to Orlando and had a great stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better. A special shoutout to one of the valet attendants, Makhi, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He was welcoming and professional, and his positive attitude really stood out and added to the overall experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was there for a weekend with the family and I dropped off my car with one of the valet drivers and he immediately saved my trip I was running late to a family event and I left the car with him and was very happy to know everything was completely safe n sound I didn’t miss much more of the family event and I felt like he cared a lot about my situation I believe the workers name was Jace I hope that he is doing well he helped provide a unique and wonderful service that helped me feel comfortable at the hotel
Nice downtown property. Easy walk to Lake Eola Park and Pavilion Staff were courteous, and attentive. Room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. Shower head was the best of any domestic hotel stay. Enjoyed the lobby bar and restaurant.
For overnight security and convenience, opted for valet parking. Valet staff were great, but rate and tipping proved to be an expensive add-on to stay. Garage and metered street parking are nearby.
