ねぶた祭りが部屋から見れて、部屋もキレイで朝ご飯もあって最高でした。
ねぶた祭りの時期なのでお値段が高いなと思いました。お祭りで仕方ないとは思いますが…
フロント男性スタッフの方の説明等対応が丁寧でした。また、表情や声が柔らかく安心感があり素晴らしかったです。
深夜、ボヤ騒ぎがあった時の迅速かつ丁寧な対応も素晴らしかったです。
シャワー＆トイレルームがカビ（雑菌）の匂いが結構キツく感じ、トイレにゆっくり入れませんでした。
室内の掃除が行き届き快適でした。
アメニティが充実しているのと同時に必要な分だけ受け取るというエコに配慮しているところがよかった。
トリプルルーム2段ベッド？のはしごが上り降りしにくてこわかった。
スタッフさんの対応や声掛けなどが、とても明るく丁寧で好印象であった。
空調温度が管理されており、寝ている時が少し暑く寝苦しかった。
