Overall good stay, rate is for the misleading advertising on booking app
Pros:

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Location was in general good close to Umeda station and subway.

Cons:

Room was advertised on booking to have city view. We ended up on the 3rd floor facing the pipes from the buildings, not as expected for our time in Osaka and for the amount paid.

Spoiled by bus tours
Cons:

This hotel has bus tours staying. On my trip there were several full of Indian tourists. The breakfast was a horrendous experience. They don’t use tongs and were picking up food and putting it back, shouting across the room and generally making the entire experience chaotic. The staff did their best but avoid if you want to relax

Pros:

The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Rooms are a good size, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of choices for breakfast. 10 min walk to Osaka station.

15 min à pieds de la gare centrale d’Osaka (pas Shinkansen)

房间很宽敞，枕头睡着也很舒服。床的设计很有新意，对于受困于同屋打呼噜的人非常Nice😊

I recommend this hotel for nice stopover in Osaka. We spend 3 nights in Osaka. We really enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Very modern and fresh hotel, nice lobby and friendly staff. Food was great . Laundry is very good quality. Metro station is nearby . All restaurants around. Taxi is always around the hotel. Few supermarkets around .
