Clean and comfortable,
Pros:

Nice location for the wedding we went to, and car park a bonus

Cons:

It’s a shame we couldn’t arrange a check-in in for 1pm. The Best Western AI auto receptionist is truly horrible, and moreover, logged two tickets for me that were never responded to. I eventually ‘tricked’ it into putting me through to a person who told me I couldn’t book an early check in.

Nowhere to charge your phone besides the bed. No bedside table, just a stool. Limited storage and furniture. Internet wasn't working so staff were unable to access my booking when I tried checked in. I was made to feel like it was MY PROBLEM.

Basic in much need of work in the bathroom the disabled room should not be be in use until health and safety issues addr

The room with clean bedding but it was very basic only one side table one chair and too few sockets (2) in all for whole room for plugging in necessary digital equipment and long mirror difficult to get at placed right next to tv this was a disabled room and the bathroom completely let it down tiles full of mould bath chipped scratched and and certainly would not want a bath in it incorrect placing of rails and bath far to high to get in and out for a disabled person of, mould on the floor and rusting hand rails which were not fixed to the wall correctly and unsteady it needs a complete upgrade of tiling and the rust and mould addressed. However the reception staff were excellent helpful and they deserve a high score. The Queen Adelaide pub next door service appallingly service so slow after a weary day of travelling to wait that long to be served nearly gave up however once food finally arrived it was good typical pub food. To sum up would not stay there again unless the above issues were addressed the bath area and floor needs urgent work

Arriving jetlagged from a long flight I was met by friendly people and a very comfy bed!
Pros:

The breakfast is good value.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
There is a friendly pub next door that is quiet and serves good meals.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would be helpful.

Very disappointed not good value.
Pros:

The Yogurt I had in my breakfast bag was nice.

Cons:

The bed was far too low. Breakfast was a bag delivered to your room with a bacon roll that had been warmed up in a microwave. Plus a yogurt and a fruit juice. when booked it didn’t say it wasn’t a proper breakfast.Very disappointing. Some of the tiles in the bathroom had been replaced and didn’t match the bottom of the bath was damaged and the taps on the sink were the wrong type for disabled people. So overall very disappointed for £80.00.
