Comfortable bed clean room
Pros:

The staff friendly room clean reception could do either an update

Cons:

There is a restaurant next door you could do with making arangments with them to promote a decent breakfast your breakfast don’t stimulate me. Also there was no water pressure in the bathroom

OK for short stay but good value for money.

Breakfast in the pub next door was good value for money and tasted good.
Bed was very comfortable with clean linen.
Shower was good.
Location good with quiet surroundings.

Cons:

Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and generally needs refurbishing.
Breakfast offering at the hotel was poor

Cons:

Hallway / stairs carpet quote old and smelly, doesn’t give a good impression. Hotel decor is a little tired

Pros:

Perfect location and nice to have the Flaming Grill next door

Cons:

Booked a room with a bath and was given the disabled room.
No internet in the room
Staff were not too bothered about our room or the internet when questioned.

Pros:

As always, Monika, the Operations Manager, was friendly and made me feel like one of the family. Excellent stay and always and perfectly placed for Chorley with a lovely pub, the Yarrow Bridge, just in front for food.

Cons:

Nothing. My go to hotel

Staff really friendly, clean and organised.

There was a couple upstairs banging all night, felt sorry for the lad on reception as he had to tell them a few times to keep the noise down.

Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money paid.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The room smelled damp (not the fault of the cleaner) the whole room was outdated especially the bathroom. The shower didn't work properly and the toilet didn't flush very well either.

Always stay here when visiting Chorley
Pros:

Great location, good sized rooms, very accommodating staff, very good parking

Cons:

Just getting tired now, needs a lick of paint and some TLC

Enjoyable night
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean, good size room, big bed, black out curtains, tea and coffee facilities and a hair dryer. The town centre is a couple of minutes Uber ride away costing around £5.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for me but that’s not an issue it’s just my own preference.
