Bisogna a migliorare la pulizia

La posizione è ottima

Cons:

La pulizia è da rivedere. C'erano i capelli biondi per terra dal mio arrivo, e qualche sporcizia che non è mai stato tolto nonostante notavo che il bagno veniva pulito e la pattumiera svuota, ma non pulivano per terra.

Ein Haus das in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war ausser gewöhnlich großzügig. Hat uns gefallen

Cons:

Die Parksituation vor dem Hotel und an der Straße ist nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Das nächste Parkhaus am Rathaus ist fußläufig. Am Samstag kostet der ganze Tag bis 24 Uhr nur 4€. Sonst wird es teuer.

Even though the property is older, the rooms are all renovated and extremely clean. The room prices are relatively lower
Pros:

Very clean, kind and helpful staff. The location is very central to shops restaurants, and the Kurpark.

Cons:

It’s an older property compared to some of the boutique style hotels.

Pros:

Echt gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und auskunftsfreudiges Personal, Lage direkt am Kurpark, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe, überall hängt (moderne) Kunst.

Cons:

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Unser neu renoviertes Lux-Zimmer war groß, modern und mit hohen Decken. Die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee, Fernseher und Föhn war top. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Frühstück und eine gute Lage. Auch der Check-out war schnell und unkompliziert.

Einziger Minuspunkt war die Parkplatzsituation: Der Hotelparkplatz war nicht verfügbar und das Parken an der Straße kostete von Freitag 17 Uhr bis Sonntag 9 Uhr insgesamt 42 €. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage und der Deckenventilator funktionierte leider nicht.

Insgesamt aber ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😊

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen konnte man sich an der Rezeption 24/7 wenden.

Cons:

Das "Komfort-Zimmer" im 3. OG wurde den heißen Temperaturen mangels Klimaanlage leider nicht gerecht. Zudem war das Kissen unbequem und der Duschkopf hielt höherem Wasserdruck nicht stand, sodass über die Seite des Duschkopfes Wasser austrat.
