Pros:

Ein sehr freundliches Personal. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Wir werden das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel.Aber wie in vielen Situationen: Der erste Eindruck zählt

Cons:

Die Betten wurden in 5 Tagen überhaupt nicht gemacht. Das Bad wurde auch nicht gemacht. Hab ich so in den vergangenen 4 mal wo wir da waren so nicht erlebt. Das Frühstück war schlechter als sonst. Immer das selbe, Aldi Wurst. Einmal kein Brot mehr da etc.

Good hotel for quick stay in Hamburg
Pros:

The bedsheets and bathroom felt really clean and the location of the hotel was great. It was close to public transportation and easy to get wherever it was needed.

Cons:

The room had a carpet on the entire floor (as well as the hallway to the rooms) and this carped had quite an unpleasant smell. We tried airing the room out, but it only helped momentarily.

Wir werden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Hatten drei ruhige Nächte und konnten prima schlafen. Sehr schönes Bad, alles nicht sehr groß, aber sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet. Sehr sauber.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück
Es muss nicht mehr ausgecheckt werden

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war nicht gemacht (zerwühltes Bett, Handtücher im Bad benutzt). Das zweite Zimmer war das Bettlaken genau in der Mitte kaputt.
