Die Zimmer sind gut, die Lage ist perfekt als Startpunkt für die Erkundung von Dresden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schmal aufgestellt.
Die direkte telefonische Erreichbarkeit des Hotels ist durch die zentrale Lenkung der Anrufe unmöglich gewesen.Wir riefen mind. 10 mal an, wurden in die Warteschleife gelenkt und nach zwischen 2.5 bis 4 Minuten einfach hinausgeworfen. Das gibt kräftige Abzüge am B&B Management. Das Hotel müsste auch direkt kontaktierbar sein!
