How close I was to the beach.

Cons:

Our experience with this hotel was the worst we have ever had, but what was even more disappointing was how we were treated after booking through Booking.com.

We chose this property through Booking.com expecting a reputable platform to stand behind its guests. Instead, we were treated as though our business was an inconvenience, and the basic concept of hospitality seemed completely lost.

A hotel can have beautiful photos and a great listing, but none of that matters when guests are treated without courtesy or respect.

Booking.com should take a serious look at the properties it represents and how those properties treat the customers who book through its platform.

We will never stay at this hotel again, and this experience has made us seriously reconsider using Booking.com in the future.

Great Location
Pros:

Location is excellent, as you can walk to almost everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, room and rest of hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the outside bar. Loved being able to grab a towel and a chair for the beach and not have to lug my own. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did like being able to come and go as we wanted with parking.

Cons:

Not enough outlets near the bed for charging phones. Restaurant in hotel had weird hours. They drained one of the pools on a Friday during Labor Day weekend, which seemed like poor timing. Didn't like being charged for parking on top of paying for hotel room.

Only able to get 2 beach towels each day for 3 people! Should be able to get 1 per person. Also had to pay extra to park in the hotel parking lot once there - this was not mentioned at all when we booked our room. Pricing should have included this up front or should have at least been transparent on the website.

Will never use Booking.com ever again. You suck.
Cons:

Booking.com put us in a room facing the parking lot, when we paid quite a lot for an “oceanfront” room. We are very dissatisfied. We paid almost $500 for no reason and when we confronted hotel staff we were told to contact Booking.com, which we did and remained on HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR.

Wonderful! Will be choosing this place again
Pros:

Great location and staff. The room was clean. Coconut Club was a cool place to sit and watch the boardwalk. There’s two pools which were clean and refreshing. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in the area on the boardwalk and will be choosing this one again over them as it had everything

Cons:

Vending machine was out of sodas on all floors. Gate to the boardwalk closed earlier than posted which is fine but if you want a late night soda you’re out of luck lol
