Good value.
Breakfast was inconsistent. Hot one day, cold the next. Hotel was tired and worn. Fine for me, not the family.
I liked how easy it was to locate and how central it was to amenities. The room was spacious and had the basic necessities.
The pool was very cool, my kids wouldn't go into it cause it was too cold for them. As well the water in the room took a long time to reach a warm temp to give them a bath.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful, worked with me to extend my stay for the best possible price, lots of breakfast options available. Clean room. But mostly the staff are what make me want to go back!
Only complaint is the hot tub wasn't that warm and the jets didnt seem to be working. However staff did mention they had been having problems with it.

The room ac unit and thermostat didn't work properly. We got a jacuzzi suite and the room was quite warm after the evening soak. The ac unit would run for 5 min then kick out even when adjusting the temp as low as it would go. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.
It was very clean and well taken care of The hot water took a bit to come on and had to fiddle around but eventually got the hang of it it’s outdated and I totally expect that but it was Soo clean and staff were awesome very nice and spacious room would highly recommend

3 of the staff were great but the one that wasn't soured our whole experience at this hotel. other patrons smoke in the entrance walk way so you can enter or exit without a face full of smoke.
Price was good. Breakfast was good.
Stains on the sheets. And not enough extra pillows available.
