I would like to go back there again but would need reassurance that the above has been rectified.

A staff member had dogs and allowed them to freely run about the hotel yapping and shit outside our door. The incident was reported and was met with a nonchalant "thanks for letting us know". (I should have taken pictures) I was abhorrent over the incident and when asked if the carpet had been sanitized the response was "yes" from the room service. This should be professionally cleaned and the whole incident left me disgusted. Allowing dogs to run free is entirely unacceptable and the staff member should be dismissed.
As the pool is accessible along the same corridor, cleanliness should be paramount! The pool had empty honey packets littering the deck area. this was reported as it was enticing ants. This would indicate that the pool was not checked even though it was open for use.
For an unknown reason, the bathroom floor flooded when the bath water is released. This can only mean a plumbing blockage.
The water temperature was tepid at best.
The AC/Heating was too noisy to have on at night.
It is a real shame as this hotel has a lot going for it!

There were 3 very friendly staff we came encounter with that were great, 2 were not very friendly!!
Cons:

There not being towels at the pool area.
Asking twice to change over our room and it not being done. Having to ask for clean towels to shower.
This was the second room that we had also booked, after being told they were full, this one was booked on line.

This hotel was a great stay! Would stay here again !
Pros:

The staff we encountered were amazing ! Was clean and very accommodating.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub could have used some chemicals. Room itself was clean just after a bunch of kids there was a lot of foam. Needed a refresh.

Absolutely amazing we enjoyed our time.
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating to my handicapped mother and my young children. They went above and beyond with the pool being under maintenance and the elevator ended up needing repair. Everything was repaired faster than we were told to prepare for and the staff had offered to help us with going up and down the one flight of stairs if needed. They included my toddler in doing some art on the greeting whiteboard in the lobby they were very awesome towards all of us!

Pros:

Elevator had some issues. Having non dairy milk at breakfast would be great. Also gluten free bread would be great.

Great place to stay with kids!
Pros:

Super friendly staff and our beds were super comfy too!

Cons:

Pool was a little small but my grand daughter still had fun while I relaxed in the hot tub

Overall it was good for the price but I’ll definitely look at other places next time before booking
Pros:

The location was great and the kids loved the pool but the water was little chilly for adults

Cons:

Nothing worked properly in the fitness room besides the free weights. One tv didn’t work in our room
