The king suite with jacuzzi tub was awesome! Tons of room, clean. Will definitely visit again.
Room listed having a bidet, but it did not have one. Didn’t make it or break it for me but others might want/need it for medical reasons.

Nice and clean hotel. Well located, close to gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Pet friendly
Grass was a little long to bring the pups outside for potty break but they dud get a lot of rain.

I was double charged. Payed in full through bookings site, and then was charged even more from the hotel themselves.
The staff were excellent
The staff were really good, but it smelled of chemicals like they fumigated. I am allergic to chemicals and get really stuffed up. Breakfast was all cold.i thought i may get food poisoning.

Location was not great
Good location
A staff member had dogs and allowed them to freely run about the hotel yapping and shit outside our door. The incident was reported and was met with a nonchalant "thanks for letting us know". (I should have taken pictures) I was abhorrent over the incident and when asked if the carpet had been sanitized the response was "yes" from the room service. This should be professionally cleaned and the whole incident left me disgusted. Allowing dogs to run free is entirely unacceptable and the staff member should be dismissed.
As the pool is accessible along the same corridor, cleanliness should be paramount! The pool had empty honey packets littering the deck area. this was reported as it was enticing ants. This would indicate that the pool was not checked even though it was open for use.
For an unknown reason, the bathroom floor flooded when the bath water is released. This can only mean a plumbing blockage.
The water temperature was tepid at best.
The AC/Heating was too noisy to have on at night.
It is a real shame as this hotel has a lot going for it!
Great place warm atmosphere
There not being towels at the pool area.
Asking twice to change over our room and it not being done. Having to ask for clean towels to shower.
This was the second room that we had also booked, after being told they were full, this one was booked on line.
The staff we encountered were amazing ! Was clean and very accommodating.
Pool and hot tub could have used some chemicals. Room itself was clean just after a bunch of kids there was a lot of foam. Needed a refresh.
Restaurant attached was a bonus
