Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien: cerca del metro, de establecimientos de comida y de restauración.

Cons:

La temperatura de la habitación era infernal. No había casi ventilación y la única solución eran dos ventiladores pequeños, que no tenían casi potencia. La televisión y el secador de pelo no funcionaban y, a pesar de comentarlo en recepción, no nos dieron ninguna solución. En cuanto al servicio de consigna de equipajes, a la llegada es gratuito, pero a la hora del check out tienes que pagar unos precios bastante elevados. Además, las maletas las dejan sin ningún tipo de control en un pequeño cuarto. Una de las personas de recepción nos trató de una forma bastante borde.

Despite the air con issue, the stay was lovely. Would definitely stay again just in a cooler month.
Pros:

It was so comfy and homey, the facilities and location were excellent and the balcony was perfect.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the lack of air con. There were two large fans provided in the room but unfortunately only one gave off a good amount of cold air on the highest setting however in the heatwave, it didn’t help much unless you were sitting right in-front of it. Apart from sleeping, we spent the majority of the time we were awake on the balcony with the neighbouring rooms.

Poor basement bedsit

The location, within the location. Queensbury is fine, but it wasn't at the address stated it was 2 doors away and the checking was 15 doors away with no notification clearly visible... only for two ladies with a key card telling me I would not have found it. The night porter did show me where the information was buried... but too late then. The room or 'bed sit' was downstairs in a basement, not part of the hotel. It's a shame as the forecourt of the main reception (15 doors away) looked lovey and the reception looked good also. It maybe that the main rooms are good, but although this basement room was . Recently refreshed it smelt musty, horrible shower curtain, chipped barley and no air con. Whilst it was a low price since london was mega expensive last night 7 to 8 July, I would not stay there again. I mightily the main hotel if that was guaranteed.

Cons:

Eravamo in tre ma avevamo a disposizione solo due sedie.
Il letto è piccolino.
Il pavimento meriterebbe di essere sistemato.

Pros:

Fantastic stay. Weather was extremely hot and we had a room without air-conditioning but the young guy on reception went above and beyond and gave us another room with air-conditioning. Much appreciated.

La ubicación, cerca de dos paradas de metro. Apartamento amplio.

Cons:

No tiene ventanas al exterior. Estaría bien que se pudieran dejar las maletas en consigna en el check out gratis.
