Location, good size room, breakfast options, friendly staff

Cons:

Two single beds instead of double or queen bed. For the price, I was expecting a fridge and functioning airconditioning for summer hot temperature.

Pros:

Comfy bed, bang for your buck, sauna and gym, central location. Super easy to get to train station, friendly and helpful staff

On booking.com for May 25-26 the same room I booked for 3 days was posted.

It Would have cost $253 Canadian (this attachment was sent to you)

I paid CHF 567 to booking.comm

I was charged 567 Swiss Franc for three days which equals

998.48 Canadian Dollars

998.48 divided by 3 night stay is $332.82 Canadian

Minus $253 charge on booking.com for the third day of the stay is $79.82

So for the final day on this booking I overpaid $79.82

I am still hoping booking.com will reimburse me this amount.

Being a long time customer, I was hoping you would understand this deparity.

Empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage in Zürich.
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung. Das Fahrrad konnte sicher in der Garage abgestellt werden.
Großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig.
