Cons:

Ambiente muy peligroso
Nos robaron el bolso en el desayuno en el hotel ya que tenían un descontrol importante en el desayuno
La gestión sobre lo que ocurrió nefasto
No aconsejo por seguridad el hotel ya que creo que están compinchados los ladrones con alguien del personal

Perfect location for sightseeing in centre.
Pros:

The location was perfect for sightseeing in Central Lisbon. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were given some very tasty snacks as a welcome when we arrived. The whole hotel was well maintained, and there was a lovely fresh smell in the lobby. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Anytime I took a shower I ended up with a small pool of water on the floor! Was it the shower door? I don't know. But this was a very minor issue- a simple wipe with a towel. Everything else was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful.

Modern and welcoming hotel with excellent breakfast and a relaxing garden with pool
Pros:

My experience way exceeded my expectations, and I'm sad I didn't catch the name of the person who checked me in and got me upgraded for our special occasion stay (even though we were only there one night!) so I could thank her personally - she and her colleagues could not have been more gracious and welcoming, and ensured we were super happy with extra treats and late checkout. The hotel has clever, modern design, the secret garden is a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the included breakfast exceeded expectations with a nice buffet (including sparkling wine and fresh juices) + very quickly prepared a-la-carte dishes. Perfect location and overall experience!!
