One of our favorite hotels in recent memory! We cannot wait to return to Lisbon to stay here again
Pros:

The rooms felt updated and super clean, the garden/pool area was magical, the breakfast and dining experiences were wonderful, but the real highlight that set this stay apart from all our others was the staff & welcome teams.

Cons:

nothing - everything was suitable for our needs

I loved the location, the modernity of the hotel & the friendliness of the team, will consider again
Pros:

The hotel is modern and centrally located, the rooms are somewhat quirky/peculiar with their layout (I had a corner room) with fantastic black out shutter blinds & great air conditioning. I slept very comfortably on the bed and there was no noise from other rooms/the hallway for me to even hear a whisper of! I was greeted with a lovely note, pastry & some port in my room! The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I feel like the towels could be refreshed/higher quality (they just didn't match every other standard set by the hotel) & I think if there was a concierge to assist with luggage hold when checking out it would be a much quicker service for everyone.

Service de réception à revoir, service inexistant.
Pros:

Le service restauration tant le petit déjeuner que le dîner est impeccable. La nourriture est bonne et les plats sont plutôt créatifs

Cons:

Quand le premier jour on indique à la réception que le coffre de la chambre ne fonctionne pas, qu’on le répète le deuxième et le troisième jour et je cela n’est toujours pas fait. C’est inacceptable dans un hôtel 4 étoiles qui se veut à ce niveau. Le service de la réception est très très décevant

Pros:

The location, the vibe of the hotel and the very friendly staff. Excellent escape in the middle of the city and very good breakfast.

Cons:

The only issue was the fact that the WiFi network is open and not secured so could not use it to work. Suggest the hotel to allow the possibility to have secured access in parallel to the open network.

God beliggenhed centralt i forhold til sightseeing, imødekommende personale, dejligt poolområde med junglelignende beplantning og god serveringsservice, god morgenmad med mulighed for at sidde både ude på terrassen eller inde, vi blev under vores ophold tilbudt gratis 2-timers byvandring med lokal guide, ballettime og yoga. Udtjekning er standard sat til kl. 12 hvilket giver gode muligheder på afrejsedagen, gratis minibar med daglig opfyldning af alt - og jeg kunne blive ved.

Cons:

Der var ikke mulighed for at få toiletartikler som eksempelvis hairconditioner, hvis der var noget man havde glemt. Der er ikke fitnessudstyr.

Pros:

Heerlijke rustige plek midden in Lissabon. Ontbijt helemaal goed, prima service en fantastische tuin om even tot rust te komen en te verkoelen in het zwembad.

this is a small hotel with a large pool and plenty of room outside for everyone.
Pros:

Breakfast was either cold fruits and charcuterie or hot eggs and bacon. all was delicious.
