Pros:

Viele Parkplätze vor der Türe, nur wenige Minuten bis zur S-Bahn Haltestelle, Klimaanlage und verhältnismäßig großer TV. Lage ist im Industriegebiet also nicht sehr idyllisch

Cons:

Dusche undicht, Silikon unschön, Badezimmer schwimmt nach dem Duschen, keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel, kleine Waschbecken, keine Ablage und Zimmer incl Bad ziemlich eng. Betten auch sehr schmal.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende!

Cons:

Dringend aan vernieuwing toe: vuile gordijnen, schimmel op plafond van de badkamer, muffe geur in gang en kamer, veel gebreken in de kamer zelf,...
Op de foto's zag het er veel beter uit dan de werkelijkheid, wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Goed voor slapen en doorreis.
Pros:

De ligging, in industriezone maar gemakkelijk bereikbaar en eetgelegenheid in de geburen op wandelafstand waar honden binnen mochten. In het hotel mogen ook honden binnen!

Alo vorab wir sind seit jahren stammkunden bei diesem hotel und haben nachweiich 20 bis 25 mal sogar dort insgesamt übernachtet in den letzten 20 monaten so


diesmal unfreundliches personal total unkooperativ

hat mir so zu verstehen gegeben allerdings mit schlechtem deutsch dass ich vor dem frühstück einfach das buffet buchen und bezahlen kann

morgens war eine andere person da die erst besser erschien dann aber das gegenteil

wir sind extra um 6 aufgestanden (auch noch mit meinem 90 jahre altem vater der morgens unbedingt wegen seiner medikamenten behandlungen früstücken muss und wegen unterzuckerung muss er morgens nahrung zu sich nehmen ) und wurden unhöflich weggschickt weil wir nicht vorher gebucht hätten hiess es

unglaublich aber wahr
zudem haben wir die letzten 20 male immer late check out das wurde uns auch nicht gewährt dann das mit dem frühtück dabei sind wir alle premium members also mitglieder mit angeblichen vorteilen aber bis jetzt hatten wir nicht einmal vorteile von der mitgliedschaft null
das man auch mal wie bei den anderen hoteks einmal auf parkgebühren vergünstigung gibt nein nie gehabt also nie wieder b and b hotel
frechen bei köln es kommt einem günstig vor dabei ist aber das personal nur bei putzkräften vielleicht gut die müssen ja nicht unbedingt mit gästen sprechen da reicht auch ein hello auf englisch
