Falta corrigir detalhes que fazem grande diferença

Cons:

Cama / colchão modelo antigo, de mola, sem camada de conforto ( pillow top ) e velho uma vez que não tem altura uniforme e cede nas laterais.

Banho PERIGOSO pq o fundo da banheira não tem nenhum adesivo anti derrapante e não tem barra de.seguranca na parede.

Não tem condicoonador de cabelo.

O hotel tem elevadores, mas é cheio de desníveis que nos obrigam a subir escadas com as malas.

Tolles Hotel!

Cons:

Parkplatz Reservierung mit großem (SUV) oder schwerem (Doppelparker) Auto empfohlen - die nächste Parkgarage ist aber nur 3 Minuten entfernt.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.
Das Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet, sauber und das Bad mit Fenster.
Beim Frühstück gab es genug Auswahl.
Besonders hervorzuheben war der nette Empfang und die kompetenten Empfehlungen mit super Tipps für unseren Augsburg-Aufenthalt.

Einzigartige Lage direkt neben dem Dom. Sehr zentrale Lage, mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Augsburger Zentrum/ Fußgängerzone.

Nettes Hotel. Gern wieder.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, wohl im Neubau. Sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage. Freundliche Mitarbeitende. Lange Frühstückszeiten und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Parkplätze im Hof sind kostenlos, aber sehr begrenzt. Parkplätze in der Duplex-Garage müssen bezahlt werden. Leider schmeckt der Kaffee aus den Automaten nicht besonders.

Komme gerne wieder nach Augsburg in dieses Hotel!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich: frische Zutaten, Aufschnitt vom Metzger, frischer Leberkäse, Obst, Kuchen- phänomenal!
Außerdem im Aufenthaltsraum Kaffee und Tee sowie Obst. Minibar im Zimmer inklusive.
Freundlicher Service!

Cons:

Es war nachts etwas hellhörig - ist wahrscheinlich dem 'alten - historischen' Haus geschuldet.

Gut und sehr zentral.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und recht reichhaltig. Wir vermissten jedoch Spiegel- oder Rühreier sowie Weißwürste (da wir in Bayern waren).

Cons:

Bislang war es das einzige Hotel, bei dem wir auf Nachfrage das Auto nach dem Auschecken nicht noch ein paar Stunden in der Tiefgarage lassen konnten, obwohl sehr viel frei war.
Bei Anreise fehlten bei uns die Handtücher auf dem Zimmer.

Die Lage natürlich, das große Zimmer, das hervorragende Frühstück, die sehr netten Mitarbeiter.
