Pros:

La posizione centrale vicino al Duomo.

Cons:

Lo staff un po' gelido. La struttura ha molte scale. La nostra camera non era raggiungibile senza fare una rampa di scale. Credo che questo debba essere segnalato meglio sul vostro siito

The lady at check in was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good generous size. Location was also good. Having the option for a swim was good during a very hot day. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast

Unser Zimmer lag im Dachgeschoss, das bei großer Sommerhitze extrem heiß war auch in der Nacht.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad ebenso und beides sehr sauber. Die Minibar war gut bestückt und alle Getränke kostenlos. Das Frühstücksangebot war breit gefächert und reichlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Negativpunkt war das Bett. Es hat laut und deutlich bei jedem Umdrehen gequietscht. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Bel hôtel et excellent emplacement face a la cathédrale, mais pas de climatisation
Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans l’hôtel, si ce n’est timidement à la réception. Il faisait 39° à l’extérieur et la chambre était une étuve. À part cela, très belle chambre, grande, confortable quand les températures sont « normales » et très propre. Chambre très calme. Bon petit déjeuner.

Tolles Rundumangebot, das unsere Erwartungen entsprach!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer im DG :-) Das Hotel liegt toll, um zu Fuss die Innenstadt von Augsburg zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und erklärt alles sehr genau. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
