Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Repeated praise for cleanliness: 'very nice and clean', 'hotel clean', 'clean bathroom', 'hidden gem'. Overall rooms and bathrooms described as well maintained.
Service
9.2
Staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful and allowed retrieval of a forgotten charger; however a few reports note inconsistent reception staff behavior, so service is very good but not perfect.
Location
9.8
Multiple reviews highlight a central/Old Town location, walkable to attractions, bars and restaurants — consistently praised as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are described as new and comfortable by many, but there are several specific negatives (no safe, no fridge in some rooms, shower temperature oscillations, moving bed frame) that lower this score.
Amenities
8.7
Good breakfast and basic amenities noted; parking is inconsistent/limited or paid (some have hotel parking for a fee), and some rooms lack a fridge or safe — solid but with clear gaps.
Value for Money
9.3
Several guests call the hotel reasonably priced and recommend it; some mention extra charges (parking, early check-in) but overall value aligns with the target overall rating.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast is repeatedly called very good/excellent/excellent buffet in many reviews — a consistently strong aspect of the stay.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall sentiment is very positive: modern, well-located hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast, tempered by a few operational issues (parking, reception inconsistency, some room problems).

Very recommended
Pros:

Hotel is in tip top condition. Shower felt roomy and aircon was nice. TV had a good selection of network channels and service was friendly. I forgot my charger and came back for it after check out and I was allowed to go back and retrieve it with no issue. Location is very central too.

Hotel gut außer Rezeption Herren.
Pros:

Pros:

Nybyggt och fräscht hotell.

Hotellet erbjuder ingen parkering.

Bra frukost.
