We had a great time and would come back.
Pros:

When we entered the lobby we felt like we had found an oasis. It was so peaceful and calming after being in the city, the classic style and jazz music gave it a very unique atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the wet bar very convenient. We also enjoyed the jets in the bath tub. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast is simple, but decent. In the afternoon the hotel even offers wine, cheese, crackers and tea for free, which was great. Knob Hill and Union Square are within walking distance. Right across from the hotel are several restaurants and a little store.

Ottima posizione a due passi da Union square. Gradita la colazione compresa anche se tutta confezionata e con poca scelta per chi ha qualche intolleranza alimentare.
Camera e bagno molto grandi

Cons:

Struttura con stile antico ma purtroppo a tratti un po’ trasandato, una migliore cura non sarebbe male. Cucina con poche stoviglie
