Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. I loved the location and I loved the view from our room and the staff were amazing
There wasn’t a vaccum and the wind in the hallway through our front door would make quite a lot of noise
Great position and well set up
The place was not clean, clumps of hair on the bed, liquid stains around the toilet. For how much i spent i was disappointed
Immaculate, the staff were impeccable, always keen to help.
The 2 TV’s could not be connected to the internet. The viewing selection was very poor so I couldn’t use the main screen.. with 2 days to kill before going for major surgery and the cost of the room so high, this was a disgrace. Not impressed at all.
Great location. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower was extra hot (perfect!!)
Parking isn’t great, but that’s nothing against the hotel exactly, they can’t really help that. There’s very minimal parking spaces available.

Property was in a good location, right next door to Woolworths and a short walk to local cafes and places to eat
We checked in early to expect that our room would be ready by the designated time of 3pm. At 4pm our room still wasn’t fully prepared - there was dirty linen left on the table, no towels, no washing liquid or dishwasher tablets and we had to clean a number of cooking utensils as they weren’t clean either. We had to chase staff on two separate occasions for towels - so all in all we’ve experienced better service elsewhere.
