Was out from 7am-4pm — came back to change for evening, cleaners came while changing — was out before 5pm and the room was not cleaned — on a day the rate was over $700, not impressed at all.

Un établissement très bien situé.
Ambiance chill, ni grand, ni petit.
Calme dans les couloirs (7 chambres/étage)
Personnel souriant, toujours prêt à vous faire plaisir si vous leur demandez quelque chose.
Café, thé, eaux à volonté en logeant à l hôtel.
Chambre faite tous les jours impeccablement.
Si j'ai l occasion de retourner à New York ce sera sans hésiter là bas.

Ok, overpriced, 200SF for $500!!?? Bathroom with no counter and lighting very poorly engineered.

Horrible lighting in my room! Could not see anything and had to use a flashlight with all the lights on!
No place to sit other than the bad bed.
No refrigerator.

Très belle chambre et un personnel très accueillant.
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel a l'accueil à notre arrivée à 22h, la boisson chaude offerte chaque jour pour chaque membre de la famille, la quiétude de la chambre et la possibilité de faire remplir ses gourdes d'eau fraiche pour les journées de marche.

Cons:

La taille du lit double : les pieds de mon conjoint dépassaient du lit et il ne mesure que 1m72 et la paroi de la douche qui n'est pas assez grande ce qui fait qu'on met de l'eau partout.
