Central location with great breakfast.
Pros:

Great location for Trivandrum City. Breakfast was exceptional, rooms were comfortable. Overall good service and stay.

Очень понравилось отношение персонала - на рецепции, в ресторане.
Хорошая кровать, отличная подушка (хорошо, что вы предлагаете разные по высоте!), в номере было все необходимое.

Cons:

Небольшие трудности связаны с языковым барьером (иногда не понимала сотрудников), но они были успешно преодолены.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt. The rooms were very clean, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The only negative experience was on my first morning. While I was sleeping, the staff knocked on my door because a smoke alarm had been triggered in my room. However, it turned out to be a malfunction with the smoke detector.
