Good but not of Hyatt Standards when compared at other locations

The guy at the reception was good and helpful, As l planned for a lunch buffet with my family on paid basis i checked if there was a discount being a booking.com client and he said that he can offer 10% but when he went to re-confirm with the receiption Manager who was a female staff and was extremely rude, had a unhappy look didn't even greet guests made the guy literaly beg for 10% approval in front of us which was really bad as the guy was humble and helpful and trying to provide best of service. The female reception manager (recognised as she was wearing a blue suit ) and was at the reception at around 10.30 am needs serious customer service training.

Cons:

the bath towels smelt of vegetable oil probably because they were dried where an exhaust pipe from the kitchen is placed.

there were multiple instances of water disruption; in the spa after water disruption muddy water came for quite some time and had to take bath multiple times to have it washed away

A flawless experience with no issues and commendable service.
Pros:

The service provided was outstanding, and the facility itself was excellent.

It is commendable to see a five-star establishment in Trivandrum maintained to such a high standard.

Staff across various departments, including the front office, restaurant, room service, and laundry, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.

The location and maintenance of the rooms, excellent customer service and great breakfast buffet

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have started by 6.45 am, because people travelling to places far away May have to leave early. When asked if they could make exception for one person, they said it will start only at 7 am

Great Hotel and Enjoy staying Hyatt Regency Trivandrum
Pros:

Great Breakfast. The food is so delicious especially the Appam, Dosa , juices. The staff services is superb and friendly. Very accommodative and willing to help on any request made in order food or drinks.

Cons:

Noting all is superb and I really enjoy my stays and your front desk staff Miss Maria is absolutely friendly and helps me to arrange my transportation and other my logistics. Great staff Miss Maria. She is a great asset for Hyatt Group of Hotel
