Lovely stay in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Lovely place with great views over the new forest. Only a short walk from the town of Brockenhurst, with plenty of parking spaces. We visited during the hot weather and a fan was thoughtfully placed in our room. The pub area is really lovely and so is the outside garden. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was really good. Would stay again

Wonderful stay in the New Forest
Pros:

Location. Breakfast was included despite there being a known error with the hotel & the website which makes it look as though some people don’t get free breakfast (hotel said they had tried to rectify this with Booking.com but hadn’t been able to yet). It was delicious too! Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Room was dusty but otherwise it was great

Totally underwhelming
Cons:

Reception would not look after my one small over night bag for a hour prior to 3pm check in. Very disappointed.Room had non functioning fridge and non functioning extractor fan.

Lovely setting in a pretty new forest pub.
Pros:

Nice rooms and bathrooms.. very clean. Tea and coffee facilities on room. Good food in restaurant. Lovely setting.

Cons:

Small windows in rooms, slightly stuffy... on a very busy main road, but not the hotels fault.

Overall is great, staff are great, food is delicious and a safe place for rented bikes help me a lot
Pros:

it's great to have breakfast inclued, the staff are really friendly.
They help us open the door while we left the key in the room.
We could also place our rented bikes in a safe place overnight.

Cons:

I've booked 2 twin beds rooms but only 1 avalialbe.
The pub closed a little bit early (at 10:30 pm) but the room is still hot as there was heatwave for the days we stayed.

I would only stay here again when the weather is not to hot as the rooms have no air conditioning.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay, I didn't like the taste of the baked beans but the rest of the breakfast was lovely. The Hotel itself was lovely.

Cons:

he only fault was due to the really hot weather we had during our stay, the room was very hot and un comfortable. We were provided with a Dyson fan which did nothing to help. I would guess on a normal day when the temperature ain't so hot, we would of have a better experience.

Only a small pub hotel which is great. Location is brilliant for the new forest and war great to sit in the pub after a long day
