Pros:

The hotel is very quiet, incredibly well located, and offers a very authentic Oaxacan experience. The staff, from the receptionist to the hotel manager to the waiters and the cooks, are all incredibly welcoming and kind.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, a dos calles del zócalo de la ciudad, hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca, la gente del hotel fue muy amable, nos guiaron muy bien en nuestra estancia.

Muy buena localización, sábanas suaves. Gente encantadora como en todo México.

Es un hotel que si tuviese 3 estrellas le hubiese puesto una puntuación decente. Pero 5? Inadmisible.
Lo peor es el ruido. El bar del hotel es un jazz bar también (bar en el patio que conecta al patio de las habitaciones, todo muy abierto) y el domingo nos despertaron a las 9 am con trompetas y saxofones. Por lo que si tienes un evento, una boda o simplemente has trasnochado, prepárate para no poder recuperar sueño un domingo. Además, la habitación solo tiene ventanas al pasillo del patio común, por lo que es imposible que no te despierten otros huéspedes, el carrito de la limpieza por el empedrado… es decir, te van a despertar sea el día que sea.
Lo peor de todo es que elegí este hotel exclusivamente porque lo publicitaban como un oasis silencioso, lo que es completamente incompatible con un jazz bar en tu puerta.
La habitación olía raro, debe de ser por la falta de ventilación ya que no tienes privacidad si quieres ventilar. Por no hablar de las luces fluorescentes blancas que son más adecuadas para un laboratorio que para un dormitorio. El baño, además de feo, tenía conectadas las luces a un extractor que debía de ser industrial por el ruido que hacía. Tuvimos que ducharnos con las luces apagadas por lo insoportable del extractor.
La azotea muy bonita, pero no te sirve de nada ya que no te sirven ni una botella de agua

Pros:

The patio, the pool, the service, breakfast, and the location were all great. The staff at the reception were truly helpful, lent us a bottle opener a few nights when having some wine at the patio.

Cons:

The rooms themselves were dark and lacked some comforts expected at this price (coffee maker, hair dryer, and minibar). Also, the bathroom ventilation didn't work properly.

The very loud birds wake you up at 5am, they closed the road outside the hotel without letting us know and it didn’t include parking even though it claimed to on booking which is the reason we chose to stay there

Pros:

L'hôtel a du charme et il est très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Oaxaca, à 5-7 min à pied. La literie était très confortable et la chambre propre. La piscine sur le toit et le solarium étaient très agréables.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus et les propositions au restaurant de l'hôtel étaient trop chères, nous avons petit-déjeuné en extérieur. Les bonbonnes d'eau dans les couloirs de l'hôtel n'étaient pas approvisionnées. Si la chambre était agréable, ainsi que la piscine, le rapport qualité-prix nous semble trop élevé au regard d'autres hôtels ayant "seulement" quatre étoiles, mais proposant davantage de services.
