Please remember not to smoke in hotels.
Pros:

Location is great, in between nights life and river. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Shower was great. The fire alarms work. The breakfast is value for money. The bar is good.

Cons:

Guests don't observe the "No Smoking" regulations so the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night and they have to evacuate the building! There should be more facilities to hang up or put away your clothes. No tea, coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. After the last fire alarms at breakfast time all the power was switched off so the staff were overworked trying to serve breakfast to everyone after the alarm was over so the breakfast foods weren't replaced adequately.

Hat man auch nur einen Hauch Anspruch an eine Übernachtung, steigt man hier nicht ab.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, bequeme Betten, Zimmer nach hinten bzw. zum Innenhof trotz der Lage relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Viele betrunkene Gäste durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Reeperbahn.
Wir hatten in einer Übernachtung zweimal einen Feueralarm und mussten jeweils das Hotel verlassen - mitten in der Nacht um 2:34 Uhr und am Morgen um 8:30 Uhr. Das gab es dort in drei aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten, wie uns das Personal erzählte. Dürfte zum einen an den hypersensiblen Feuermeldern liegen, vor denen das Hotel selbst im Zimmer warnt (beim Duschen und Föhnen soll man die Badezimmertür geschlossen halten), zum anderen an den Betrunkenen, die wahrscheinlich nachts erst mal eine qualmen.
Relativ kleine Parkgarage mit zu wenigen Plätzen für die Größe des Hotels. Bekommt man keinen Platz mehr, hat man ein Problem. Plätze nicht reservierbar.
Leider nicht mal Plastikbecher zum Zähneputzen.
Insgesamt eine grauenhafte Atmosphäre im Hotel, da sehr steril, kalt und dann noch das schreckliche Publikum.
Wir würden dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Pros:

Very clean and tidy hotel. Excellent breakfast option, the food was very fresh and there were lots of choices. Staff very accommodating. Location was very central, 5 min walk to station, which was central for everything.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

Maybe check the sensitivity of the fire alarms. We were there for 3 nights and each night the alarm went off. Couldn't be helped, but obviously disturbed everyone's night. No other issues at all, though.

Pros:

Hotel hat eine super Lage und Öffis sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber als wir eingecheckt haben..
und außerdem ging in den zwei Nächten wo wir dort geschlafen haben der Feueralarm an, was ziemlich nervig war, da es Fehlalarme waren.

Zentrales Hotel zur Reeperbahn; sehr sauber und sehr gutes Frühstück!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Vergnügungsviertel! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ebenfalls super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe zur Reeperbahn und zum Fischmarkt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. In derselben Nacht gab es gleich zwei Feueralarme – einmal gegen 2 Uhr nachts und erneut gegen 9 Uhr morgens. Beide Male handelte es sich offenbar um Fehlalarme. Das Hotel wurde über ein sehr schmales Treppenhaus evakuiert, ich war im 5. Stock untergebracht. Besonders nachts war das sehr unangenehm und stressig.

Irritierend fand ich außerdem, dass im Badezimmer ein Hinweis hängt, dass die Rauchmelder sehr empfindlich reagieren und man beim Duschen oder Föhnen unbedingt die Badezimmertür geschlossen halten soll. Offenbar kommt es dadurch häufiger zu Fehlalarmen. Eine andere Gästin erzählte zudem, dass das bereits wenige Tage zuvor ebenfalls passiert sei.

Für mich hat das leider weder einen professionellen noch einen sicheren Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

S - Bahn um die Ecke , Kurzes Einchecken ,
Supermarkt nebenan.

Cons:

Am Wochenende zu laut , wegen Nähe zur Reeperbahn.

Hatten an 2 darauffolgenden Nächten einen Feueralarm
wegen Falschmeldung eines Rauchmelders.Darauf hin
mußten wir jedesmal zur Sicherheit auf die Straße .
Aufmarsch von Feuerwehr und Polizei.

Kopfkissen nicht sehr Nackenfreundlich.

Frühstück war normal , Rührei so la la.
Obst wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.
