The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was also very clean and well maintained.
There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, and many guests were reserving them with towels before 9am, which made it difficult to get a sunbed unless you got up very early. I ended up paying an additional €18 to use a balcony area so that I could have access to a sunbed.
Unfortunately, my room also had no view at all. There was no balcony, and although there was a terrace area, there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine, which was disappointing, particularly when travelling somewhere for a sunny holiday.

Nice rooms. Good food with variety. Staff friendly and attentive. Clean and good maintenance throughout.
Coffee machine was available all night which is great for early risers. Shame there were no cups for the juice machine next to it.
The smell of sewage which comes up through the toilet. Not the hotel's fault but we had to leave the window open at all times which made the air-conditioning less efficient.
The shower was not great either. Hardly any flow.
Room was in disrepair, smell from drains in bathroom, shower floods the floor when using it, bathroom ceiling falling, beds not comfortable. I would not recommend this property, it is not at 4 star hotel standard at all.
Hotel carino, buona posizione, colazione abbastanza varia e ricca, ma pensata per lo più per un pubblico anglosassone. Piscina sempre molto affollata, anche se non essendoci bambini l'ambiente risultava sempre abbastanza tranquillo. Provato un massaggio alla Spa e devo dire che è stato TOP.
Letto e cuscini scomodi, e la pulizia (sopratutto in bagno) un pò troppo superficiale. Tv con diversi canali ma non collegata alla rete, quindi senza possibilità di streaming. Wifi poco efficiente.

Big room... Plenty of space and a really good area to get ready.
Quiet hotel in a residential area but still close to bars and restaurants in Los Pocillos and Mattagorda. Puerto del Carmen is only a 20 min walk.
Jorge (the barman) was great! Always happy and very efficient.
Aida (as everybody highlights) is a huge asset to that hotel. She works so hard and is excellent at her job.
Small pool area. Not enough sunbeds and people leaving towels on them reserved all day.
Only X1 bar inside the hotel. Long queues at night to get drinks and often throughout the day the bar was unattended!!
Don't bother with premium! It really isn't worth it. You still have to come up to the main bar for drinks. No separate bar area in the premium sunbathing area!!!
The food was very repetitive in our opinion. Many other guests said the same. Also not hot so thankfully there was a microwave to heat the food up. Previous reviews have mentioned clattering of plates and cutlery and we agree. It was like a school canteen!
Staff were not very attentive when approached with an issue. Also used glasses were left on the tables in the smoking area. Dirty tables and certainly not appealing to sit and have a drink.
Plastic glasses by the pool in an evening is frustrating. However some guests were sat by the pool in the evening with glasses. This was reported to reception.
To conclude this hotel could be so much better and for the price it's definitely not value for money. We will not be returning and know there is far better around for the same money.

We kindly got upgraded to a pool view room because it was my boyfriend’s birthday.
It didn’t bother us too much but we were a couple in our mid twenties and we were the youngest by about 35 years…I would say most people were in 60 & 70’s. We got a few stares as if we were aliens! So if you want to be around people your age I wouldn’t book here unless you’re 55+.
The hotel was small but nice and the food & drinks were good for the price.
We didn’t have problems with getting sunbeds but it was busy on our first day and we felt like everyone was sat on eachother so can imagine in the summer it is worse.
Most staff were nice except one very grumpy women at breakfast…TOP TIP: don’t ask the blonde lady where the sauces are unless you want shouted at first thing in the morning!!!
Be warned the location isn’t as good as the reviews say. We’re young and love walking but if you’re not comfortable walking 45 minutes to get to the main area then be ready to get lots of taxis. There’s not much around the hotel at all.
We only stayed for a long weekend and I wouldn’t recommend any longer than that.
Lovely location, quiet but fairly central, lovely pool area and communal areas, all staff friendly, evening entertainment great fun and very inclusive, special thanks to Aizia ( not sure about the spelling) she was a breath of fresh air. Food excellent, would definitely like to return.
Nothing to complain about, all good.
