einzig allein die LAGE + KLIMAANLAGE

•bei der ANKUNFT (notabene nach 2Mitteilungen von uns über die Ankunftszeit) war das Zimmer NICHT-bezugsfertig. Offensichtlich wurde das Zimmer doppelt vergeben…. Man gab uns keine Infos, weshalb wir nicht aufs Zimmer gehen konnten; telefonierte hin+her; ignorierte uns, indem man uns am „Empfang“ einfach stehen liess „wie bestellt+nicht abgeholt“; bat uns NICHT um Entschuldigung oder Platz zu nehmen. Absolut unprofessionelles Krisen-Management!
•ZIMMER: sehr einfach, billig, wenig Stauraum = wir lebten aus dem Koffer (=kein Schrank, nur Garderoben-Gestell). Dusche-im-Zimmer-selbst/mit Glaswand an Längsseite/offen gegen Toilette + Bett (keine Privatsphäre; Wasser lief Richtung Bett+Raum+Toilette).
•FRÜHSTÜCK: mal fehlte Butter, dann O-Saft + Wasser. Um 08:30h stand das Buffet noch nicht zur Verfügung. Reklamation war erfolglos: das Frühstücks-Personal war zwar sehr freundlich+engagiert, konnte aber schlecht Italienisch+Englisch + war nicht für Materialbestellung zuständig.
