Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima nel centro di Orta, vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse. Le camere sono spaziose, belle e molto pulite. Il personale è molto professionale, gentile e accogliente. Molto comodo il parcheggio, quello gratuito non era disponibile, e la struttura ha rilasciato un badge per parcheggiare in un altro parcheggio. Grazie a tutti

La struttura non corrispondeva a quanto indicato; in particolare, non aveva aria condizionata e non affacciava sul lago.
La gentilissima signorina della reception ci ha procurato senza alcun costo una sistemazione alternativa accettabile in un'altra struttura della stessa proprietà (Hotel Santa Caterina). Anche quest'ultima struttura non è all'altezza di quanto prospettato.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig - bei über 30 Grad! Und der eigentlich inbegriffene Parkplatz hat 40€ zusätzlich gekostet.

Stylisch - sollte aber auch praktisch sein!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz in der Altstadt mit Seeblick und Balkon ist natürlich unübertrefflich. Das Frühstück war sehr kreativ und lecker. Wir konnten gratis in der Tiefgarage am Ortseingang parken, weil uns das Hotel eine Parkberechtigungskarte geborgt hat. Personal war nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr aussergewöhnlich gestaltet. Soll wohl kreativ sein, ist aber auch sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Es kann ja „clean“ sein, sollte aber auch funktionell sein. Futonbett sehr niedrig mit dünner Matratze. Warum überhaupt nichts zum Aufhängen der nassen Handtücher und null Ablagen im Bad? Die Vorinstallation für Badheizkörper ist da, aber mehr eben nicht. Man kann auch nichts auf dem stylischen Waschbecken abstellen, weil das Wasser spritzt überall umher. Die Dusche mitten im Schlafzimmer sollte wohl das Highlight sein, hat uns aber total genervt, weil das Wasser wirklich bis ins Bett spritzt und auch schon die Möbel beschädigt. Mussten das Bett mit Handtüchern schützen. Also das funktioniert einfach gar nicht. Baut da ne Glaswand ein!

The location was perfect everything being right around the corner. And the staff, honestly the most sweetest people I’ve met. Took such good care of me made sure I was safe helped when I needed it honestly the loveliest bunch.

Cons:

Habia un ruido molesto toda la noche de la instalación de la caldera.
La ubicación es perfecta pero justo debajo hay un bar de vinos con ruido por la noche.
El aparcamiento no está cerca.
Estaba limpio y el colchón era bueno, aunque la almohada muy grande.
El diseño me gustó pero en general mal mantenido.
