عند حجز الفعاليه مثل الرمايه يتم اضافة المبلغ عل فاتورة الفندق ، عندما اردت الغاءها قالو يجب ان لا تكمل 24 ساعه من وقت حجز الفعاليه ، وانا بالفعل لم اكمل 24 ساعه واضطررت الى تاخير خروجي من الفندق لاني بالفعل اُجبرت على دفع مبلغ الفعاليه وذهبت اليها .

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in, the customer service was above and beyond, I also got a free upgrade on arrival which was amazing! Will definitely return and absolutely recommend!

Brilliant stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Hotel overall is fabulous.
Food is fantastic and loved the pop up chicken coop - good spot for lunch.
Braid house rooms are lovely and very large.
All the restaurants are great, breakfast has a great selection on the buffet

Cons:

Price! It's an amazing hotel, but very expensive and all the activities are very expensive. Would be good if the activities were slightly more reasonable

Few things.

Breakfast buffet wasnt as good as usual. Felt the food as a whole lacked the heights in previous visits.

Events on all day in the ballrooms. You could hear music till midnight, room was directly above it so was very noisy.

There was three events on when we stayed. From our experience, when this happens, we dont get the same experience. In future when we book, i feel i would check before booking.
