Cons:

Die Gardinen hingen aus der Schiene, was beim Eintritt ins Zimmer sofort ins Auge sticht. Schade!
Es wurde vergessen übers parken im Parkhaus zu informieren, so dass wir leider keine Erstattung erhielten.

Kein durch Personal betreutes Hotel, Housekeeperin extrem unfreundlich
Pros:

- Gute Lage
- Hotel verfügt über einen Lift

Cons:

- es ist kein "betreutes" Hotel, für Checkin ruft man eine Nummer an und die sendet dann die Housekeeperin, welche krass unfreundlich war, nicht erklärt und eine herablassende Art hatten
- Waschbecken hatte einen schweren Sprung und müsste ersetzt werden
- Abfluss lief schlecht ab
- Boden war nicht sauber
- Zimmer sind stickig
- direkt unter dem Hotel sind die Party-Restaurants der Stadt

sehr gute zimmer, sehr zentral und prima betreuung!
Pros:

das hotel hat unser autokennzeichen für das parkhaus west registriert und wir konnten dort bis zum folgetag für nur 10€ insgesamt parken und auch nach belieben rein- und rausfahren! das war wirklich ein sehr guter service!

Wie das Hotel zu einer Sterne Bewertung gekommen ist, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Cons:

Um es abzukürzen:
Uns hat nichts gefallen.
Positiv hervorheben ist eindeutig die Lage und eine von zwei Reinigungsfrauen, die anscheinend alles machen muss. Diese ist sehr nett und versucht immer zu helfen.

Das WLAN funktioniert übrigens nicht bzw ist so schwach, dass man es nicht nutzen kann.
