A equipe é ótima, super simpáticos e prontos pra ajudar em tudo. As acomodações são espaçosas e limpíssimas. Serviço de limpeza eficiente. O café da manhã é o padrão. Café, suco pequeno, uma fruta e croissant. A localização é ótima, muito próximo à maioria das atrações e comércio.

Cons:

Gostaria que tivessem um serviço de lavanderia e um café da manhã mais elaborado. Mas o serviço oferecido atendeu bem às expectativas.

Everything was great about this hotel from friendly , respectful staff to cleaning the room and everything you need is in the room
And the location was great minutes walking to Dome

Hotel limpio y muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Hotel limpio, habitación amplia. Buena ubicación: muy cerca de la parada del tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto, cerca de la estación de tren y a 10min. andando del Duomo.

Really appreciate that young receptionist
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in Florence and had a very positive experience overall.
The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and well maintained.
What truly made this hotel special was the staff. One of the young receptionists was exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was always patient and welcoming.
One rainy day, our shoes became completely wet while we were out. After we returned and mentioned it to him, he immediately helped us by providing a heater so we could dry our shoes overnight. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to leave comfortably the next morning with dry shoes.
Small gestures like this made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was not very fast, but it worked adequately during our stay.
The only real issue was the toilet flush, which was quite weak and sometimes difficult to use properly.
