Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a személyzet rendkívül kedves. Két főnek is csinálnak szauna szeánszot, ami Zolival nagyon nagy élmény volt. Tényleg megpihenhet az ember közben.

Deterioration of a fine hotel from a few years back
Pros:

Staff were nice overall, but not always helpful, not everyone could speak English, some students had challenges in performing their duties.

Cons:

Bed was awful, old and deshaped.
Breakfast selection was rather poor and of low quality, especially bread and coffee.
Hotel's restaurant (winestone) did not accept our claim that the meal was too salty and we were ignored.

Pros:

Központi elhelyezkedés, wellness és medence területek. Finom, bőséges, minőségi reggeli. Kedves személyzet.

Cons:

Nem volt ilyen, 4-csillagos kategóriának abszolút megfelelő. Talán a medence körüli árnyékolás, napernyők hiánya probléma.

Pros:

Nagyon kellemes szálloda Tokaj szívében. Fantasztikus volt a reggeli. A személyzet nagyon kitett magáért. Nagyon kellemes hétvégét töltöttünk el a családdal és barátainkkal. A wellness részleg és kinti medence is kifogástalan volt. Tiszta szívből ajánlom annak, aki Tokajt választja úticéljának.

Exceptional experience
Pros:

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Mercure Tokaj. The room was spacious and modern, featuring a stunning view of the river. The entire hotel was spotless and very well-maintained.

The dining experience was a highlight; the food in the restaurant was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting—it was a wonderful and professional experience. The spa area is also superb and very clean.

Overall, we are maximally satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
