Pros:

Завтрак порционный, но очень плотный, не могли все съесть, забирали с собой пару сэндвичей. Зубные щётки, пасты, шампунь добавляли каждый день. Уборка номера каждый день. Белье отличное белоснежное.
Местоположение удачное, 10 минут пешком до площади Республики, рядом через дорогу хорошая пекарня с национальной выпечкой, где самая вкусная гата 👍 (рекомендую с лукумом), напротив нее мясная лавка, где вкусное мясо, по вашей просьбе его приготовят к определенному времени, и можно поесть его в номере. Рядом сетевой магазин CAC, где есть круглосуточный обмен валюты и большой выбор товаров (можно купить сувенирный коньяк). В 5 минутах пешком - Центральный городской рынок, где вкусные ягоды по сезону, чурчхела, сыры и бастурма.

Pros:

Приехали в отель в 6 утра, утомленные ночным перелётом. Администратор разрешила нам разместиться в комнате отдыха для персонала, за что ей очень благодарны. В номер заселились в 12. Номер чистый, удобная зона хранения, есть балкон. Шумновато днем, ночью машин мало. Фен и утюг предоставляются по запросу. Персонал внимательный. Уборка каждый день. До центра недалеко. Рядом парк, фудкорт, рынок. Мы остались довольны.

Cons:

Мало розеток.

Отель расположен в центре , прекрасный персонал, просто отличный ! Чисто , завтраки сытные ! Уборка каждый день ! Полотенца , белье белоснежное .

Cons:

Очень старая мебель , матрас и кровать в нашем номере были плохие . Пружины уже давно хотят убежать )

Comfortable beds, TV, free WiFi, kettle, and all the things that basically need a traveler for comfortable way to stay in

The staff were very friendly, and the location of the property was convenient — approximately a 30-minute walk to the city centre, with essential shops within walking distance.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay due to several issues that significantly affected my comfort.

Firstly, I was not informed in advance that I would need to pay in cash due to a broken card reader. This should have been clearly communicated before arrival, as it caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Secondly, the listing on Booking.com stated that the hotel had a fitness facility, but this was not the case, which was both misleading and disappointing.

The room itself had multiple issues. The curtains were faulty, allowing light to enter not only in the morning but also throughout the night from the streetlights, making it difficult to get proper rest. In addition, the windows and walls were not soundproof, and loud music played late into the night, further disturbing my sleep.

There was also no signage provided to indicate “Do Not Disturb” or “Room Cleaning,” which led to an awkward situation where a cleaner entered my room around 5pm without warning.

Overall, I found the stay lacking in basic comfort and clear communication. These are things I would expect to be in place given how the property was advertised.
