Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, aber Stadt und Umgebung sind Top

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine einzige Enttäuschung. Da wir mit Hund reisen, haben wir vor der Buchung extra mehrmals angerufen, um die Mitnahme des Hundes abzuklären. Uns wurde die Bestätigung gegeben, dass das kein Problem sei.
Beim Check-in wurden wir jedoch sehr unhöflich empfangen. Vom freundlich zugesagten Service war nichts mehr zu spüren, stattdessen gab es lange Diskussionen wegen des Hundes. Als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, ignorierte das Personal zudem komplett, dass ein Gast unserer Gruppe körperlich eingeschränkt ist. Uns wurde nach langem Hin und Her ein Zimmer im 3. Obergeschoss zugeteilt – ohne Aufzug!
Einem gehbehinderten Gast drei Stockwerke ohne Fahrstuhl zuzumuten, ist eine absolute Frechheit und zeigt, wie wenig dieses Hotel auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste eingeht. Die Zimmerausstattung hatten als Nasszelle eine Klusche (halb Klo und halb Dusche) was nicht gerade sehr hygienisch ist (Waschbecken ist nicht beim Klo, sondern einmal quer durch das Zimmer). Besonders rücksichtslos fanden wir auch die Platzierung des Raucherbereichs direkt vor dem Eingang. Für Familien mit Kindern, Nichtraucher oder gesundheitlich beeinträchtigte Menschen ist das absolut ungeeignet, da man beim Betreten und Verlassen des Hotels immer durch den Rauch laufen muss. Hier steht der Gast definitiv nicht im Mittelpunkt. Keine Empfehlung!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Dies ist eine reine Unterkunft für Gastbauarbeiter !!!
Wir durften nicht in der 1Etage wohnen wegen unserem kleinem Hund…Westi Cäsar Reklame. Aber die Bauarbeiter mit ihren dreckigen Klamotten und Schuhen durften es. Außerdem wurde noch reichlich getrunken und somit war es ziemlich laut bis 23:00Uhr.Auch wurde geparkt kreuz und quer…nicht nach Vorgaben…somit hatten wir Probleme mit dem Parkplatz suche ,teilweise auf den Rasen.
Frühstück war natürlich schon ziemlich ausgesucht , einige Brötchen gab es garnicht mehr .Laugenbrötchen zum Frühstück und bei 22 € für zwei Personen erwarte ich ein gutes Frühstück.😳..Offensichtlich wurde die große Familie kostenlos mit ernährt !!! diesen Kinder spielte laut mit ihrem Autos…erst auf den Fußboden dann auf den Tischen ,aber unser Hund würde zuviel Schmutz machen, obwohl die Kosten für Hund in der Woche 8 € und am Wochenende 9€, auf dem Teppich in der ersten Etage machen,
Nun zu den Betten , eine Katastrophe…blanke Holzplatten auf denen eine durchgelegende Matratze befand….😩 ,die Kopfkissen 😭
Fazit: Bitte um Erstattung für diese Fehlbuchung in Höhe von 180 € , an sonsten werde ich bei Booking nie wieder etwas buchen und meine Erfahrung weiter vermitteln.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, trotzdem war das Zimmer im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Das Bett war gut, Fenster ließ sich gut abdunkeln und es war ruhig.

Cons:

Der Absatz zwischen Toilette und Dusche ist (für ältere Leute) recht hoch.

Ausgezeichnete Lage.Kinderlieb.
Pros:

Super Frühstück und sehr Kinderlieb. Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn. Sehr ruhig. Großer Parkplatz. Selbst mit 7,40m langem Transporter parken ohne Probleme möglich. Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Ein Zimmer ist für maximal 3 Personen zugelassen.
