Cons:

Am Eingang lange Warteschlange, nur ein Terminal für den elektronischen Check-in und den Erhalt des Zugangcodes. Der Code hat für das Zimmer funktioniert, jedoch nicht für die Eingangstür. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Ein älteres Senioren Paar war mit der Code Anmeldung völlig überfordert. Rezeption um 15:00 Uhr nicht besetzt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr aufgeregt und waren durch den umständlichen und unklaren Code-Prozess verspätet bei unserem Termin.
Warum schickt man nicht - wie bei anderen Hotels - einfach am Anreisetag einen Code zu? Wir hatten Glück, dass wir die drei Monate alte Email von Booking.com mit Buchungsnummer noch hatten… diese wurde zum Check in benötigt.

Sauberkeit? Toilettendeckel an mehreren Stellen braun eingefärbt- warum wird dieser nicht durch einen neuen ersetzt?

Zum Schlafen in Ordnung aber auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Außerdem fand ich die Multikulturalität des Hostels super, dadurch konnte man von jedem etwas neues lernen.
Auch die Lage war für unsere persönlichen Ziele gut, man hatte auch direkt die blaue Metrolinie rund 2min Fußweg entfernt.

Cons:

Es wurde ein Stadtblick angegeben und schlussendlich hatten wir eine Aussicht auf den Hinterhof, wo dazu noch ein altes verlassenes Gebäude stand. Es war wirklich schrecklich, wir haben deshalb auch die Vorhänge immer zu gelassen.
Des Weiteren ist sowohl die Küche wie auch das Badezimmer sehr stark mitgenommen. Beides benötigen definitiv eine Renovierung. Gerade weil beide Räume mit billigen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet sind, merkt man halt stark die Wasserschäden.
Auch die Liebe zum Detail fehlt etwas. Unser Studio war so groß aber es fehlte einfach an etwas Deko.
