Pros:

Jutarnja smjena osoblja (gđa s plavom kosom srednjih godina i vozač hotela) izuzetno ljubazni i jako susretljivi dok popodnevna smjena (mlađe ženske osobe) nesusretljive, nisu na radnom mjestu, daju krive upute oko wellnesa i bazena, wellnes uopce nije radio, sat vremena nije bilo osobe na recepciji koja daje ručnike. Bračni krevet se razdvaja. Nema vješalice za stvari u sobi. Doručak je bio dobar. Prekrasna lokacija, lijepi hotel, međutim, treba poboljšati uslugu.

Pros:

Die Lage kann nicht übertroffen werden. Wir wurden vom Hotel am Parkplatz abgeholt. Hat alles super funktioniert. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht, das Essen bekommt von uns ein klares "Besser geht es nicht"! Wir kommen wieder!

Pros:

Lage im Zentrum einer historischen Stadt entsprechend, es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude, in seiner Grundform ein venezianisches Aristokraten Palais. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach eingerichtet, ausreichend sauber, aber entscheidend ist vor allem die Lage der Zimmer.
Wir waren oberhalb der Hauptklimaanlage untergebracht, die ganze Nacht war das Laufen des Motors zu hören. Das zweite Fenster führte auf eine Terrasse, wo die Leute, welche sich dort bewegten, direkt in unser Zimmer blicken konnten. Ein Zimmertausch wurde von der Rezeption abgelehnt. Die besten Zimmer sind im zweiten Stock, mit Blickrichtung in die Umgebung der Stadt, nicht so gut sind die Zimmer auf der Vorderfront des Hotels, da sich direkt unterhalb des Hotels das Restaurant und diverse Shops befinden - ungestörte Nachtruhe fraglich. Frühstück und Freundlichkeit / Bemühtheit des Service Personal sind positiv hervor zu heben.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt auf dem Berg in Motovun. Beeindruckt hat uns bereits die Anreise, der Shuttleservice und Gepäcktransport vom Parkplatz zum Hotel war hilfreich und gut organisiert. Der Service sowie das Essen im Restaurant und beim Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool und die Räume waren alle sehr gepflegt und auch wunderschön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Everything in this hotel was perfect (except the waterpressure in the shower...but hey, what else to expect on the top of the mountain...
The staff really makes this hotel a top place to stay.

So much more than 3 stars. Excellent Spa facility.
Pros:

This hotel is so much better than its 3 star rating. The spa facility is excellent, I had the whole pool to myself, there is a nice outside area with sun beds. We had a nice sized room with balcony. The staff were very efficient & friendly. We appreciated the pick up from the carpark behind the cemetery as the location of the hotel could not be walked with cases. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a lovely shaded patio outside for chilling with drinks or food.

Cons:

We felt the breakfast could have been improved. The breakfast area lacked personality & felt more like a canteen self serve style. The parking behind the cemetery is very limited & we had to sit & wait for someone to leave. There was no answer when we called the hotel for pickup, so my partner had to walk up to the hotel to let them know we had arrived to pick up our luggage, it is someway to walk up.

Pros:

Fantastické místo. Viděli jsme západ slunce a vstali jsme i na východ. Jedinečné místo s výhledem do okolí. Hotel výborně zařízený, personál úžasný. Přijeli jsme na kolech a nic nebyl bylo problémem. Bazén na relaxaci byl jako oáza. Hotelová restaurace měla hezkou zahrádku a jídlo vylo vyborene.

Cons:

U pokoje ve 3 patře slabě piskala nějaká technika celou noc.
