Staff i very supportive and location is very perfect..
We loved this hotel - it was a perfect choice from many aspects. Perfect location and we spent 4 very comfortable nights here.
Pre-arrival and also during our stay the communication was excellent and the reception checked every day if we had any concerns.
We had two rooms, one was on the 8th floor Executive suite. Loved the big room, the decore and the view from the balcony. The aircon worked very well, which was essential in the Hanoi heat. The room and bathroom was very spacious.
We also had a twin room with balcony on the second floor for our daughters. Room was smaller, however still very spacious and beautifully decorated.
Breakfast was on top floor (9th - only accessible by stairs) and we loved the variety of food choices, good coffee.
We also used the laundry service multiple times, which we found excellent and very affordable.
The staff was very helpful, always ready to help and friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return when back in Hanoi.

Cara and the rest of the staff were amazing. Always going out of their way to help. Breakfast had the best beef pho I tasted in Hanoi.
A bit of street noise at night, but ear plugs did the trick.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Hanoï ! L’établissement est vraiment très agréable, l’accueil chaleureux et l’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville.
Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Cara pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse. Elle s’est occupée pour nous de plusieurs réservations pour la suite de notre séjour au Vietnam, ce qui nous a grandement facilité l’organisation.
Une équipe aux petits soins et une très belle expérience. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
