Clean, comfortable, safe.
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. They have a really good coffee machine available 24 hours. The staff is really nice. It’s a quiet and safe place without drugs. They allow pets to stay for free (I think there is a small fee for a second dog). It’s an affordable place to stay near the Branson strip.

Horrible experience, assume the worst

I was falsely accused of smoking weed in my hotel room at 11:40pm. I was sleeping when I heard a load abrupt banging on the door with demands to open it. He was hitting that door like it owe him child support. Anyways, he never identified himself and remained hostile. There was a lady with him and they said they smelled weed and demanded I open the door. I thought he was a crack head thinking his baby momma be cheating or something. Anyways, I called the front desk and surprised to hear the same guy admit it was him. I never witnessed these 2 people check other rooms or even go to the third floor. I brought this issue to the GM the next day. She states this isn’t his first time being hostile and unprofessional and she will talk to him AGAIN… she was very defensive about this guy. Also the unprofessional lady that was with the guy from the night before, she kept butting into the conversation which is impertinent alone.

Doggone Bad!!!

No stars!!! The only good thing about the motel is the nice cleaning lady. She seemed to be the only one cleaning at this motel yet she made time to speak a kind word to us. We got back after a show one evening and right in front of the motel there was a girl shooting a needle in her arm. She is a resident at this motel. There are several residents at this motel. They all live on the first floor. At one point I had a tick crawling on me while I was in my room. The ceilings on the third floor where we stayed have brown stains from leaking. When you walk in the motel you smell a really good cleaning smell, but when it goes away, look out!! out smells like wet dogs and dog urine by the end of the day. Our stay was supposed to be 4 nights, but since we were only offered towels one time and no other service, we left early and didn't finish our stay. I give it one star because the older cleaning lady was so nice.

Our 2nd room was clean, water was hot, easy access, and was in an excellent location.

When we checked in, they didn't have the bed setup we signed up for. It was Spring Break and it was hectic with no
other available rooms. TV didn't work and NO hot water for the shower. The 2nd night, they were able to move us to
another room which was a big improvement. Staff--Manager and Maintenance --was very good.

TERRIBLE STAY DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOURE SMART

The walk in shower was different

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the painting was uneven the hallways carpet was dirty and smelled like dogs, dogs were barking ALL night. The walls/doors were THIN we were forced to wait for them to make our bed… it was 8pm when we was checking in it should’ve been done by then said the sheets were in the wash blah blah blah, they was dirty! There was hairs on the inner mattress cover and on the flat sheet. After we was forced to wait for our room, after we was able to go in we couldn’t even wind down because there was absolutely no towels! Had to wait 20 minutes for them and they claimed they just got out of the dryer which they did not they weren’t warm. The building is not up to code they couldn’t even install the fire alarm correct they had a bag wrapped around the alarm. Also last but not least the breakfast there was no food nor milk. Will NEVER come back or recommend this place. I deserve my money back because the stay was ridiculous. I will be contacting the fire department AND health department about the fire alarm and black mold(:
