Erholsame Tage - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Wellness/Spa-Bereich „only adults“ ist MEGA!

Cons:

Der Restaurantbereich Tisch 50-57 ist modern eingerichtet - aber für unseren Geschmack viel zu dunkel! Schon morgens benötigt man in diesem Bereich Licht!

Pros:

Traumhaftes Hotel in Antik und Modern, eine Zeitreise der Architektur, top! . Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Spa Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Naturbadeteich und der traumhafte Garten. Küche und Service sind auch mit 10 Punkten zu bewerten, alle sehr bemüht, höflich und freundlich. Wir kommen im September wieder.

Wunderschönes Wellnesshotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und wunderschön. Sehr groß und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten ein neues sehr schönes Zimmer. Der Badesee ist auch super schön angelegt. Toll fand ich, die getrennten Spa Bereiche für Erwachsene. Die Anwendungen im Spa Bereich waren auch super. Das Essen sehr lecker

Etwas verwinkelt, da mehrere Häuser zusammen gehören.

Perfekt um 2/3 Tage zu entspannen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen! Wie immer nicht ganz günstig 🤔

Ihan ok, muttei hintansa arvoinen.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Parkkipaikka oli kiva kun sieltä löytyi tilaa ja sijainti suht hyvä.

Cons:

Illallinen ei vastannut täysin odotuksia, sillä toisti itseään.Välillä pääruoat olivat suuri pettymys. Huoneet oli hyvin vanhanaikaiset ja ilmastointi puuttui huoneesta, mikä oli erittäin ikävä juttu, sillä välillä oli niin kuuma, ettei nukkuminen onnistunut hyvin. Huoneet kaipaisi ehdottomasti remonttia ja turhat pöydät ja sohvat pois ja tilalle jotain muuta. Kun tullimme hotelliin, hotellin miespuolinen työntekijä (iäkkäämpi) ei kertonut meille juurikaan mitään palveluista mitä oli hotellilsta saatavilla- Kaikki esitteet olivat saksaksi, englanninkielistä kaivattiin kovasti. Tosi iso kokonaisuus spa-osastolla ja kulkeminen paikasta toiseen vei paljon aikaa.

Eigentlich war alles okay, aber siehe Lärm..

Cons:

Umbauarbeiten bei laufendem Betrieb waren ärgerlich, die ganze Woche und sogar am Feiertag wurde neben unserem Zimmer in der ganzen Etage gehämmert und gebohrt. Dementsprechend Staub und Lärm, somit war Balkon nur teilweise benutzbar. Wäre nett, wenn man das vor der Buchung wüsste, der Gesamtpreis ist ja nicht gerade ohne...

I was disappointed with the service experience at this hotel. As an international traveler who does not speak German, I expected basic assistance from the staff.

When I requested some ice, the blonde-haired lady wears in black at the front desk was not helpful and simply told me to go and ask the kitchen myself. This made me feel unwelcome and unsupported as a guest. A hotel should make reasonable efforts to assist visitors, especially foreign guests who may not speak the local language.

While the hotel facilities were satisfactory, the lack of friendliness and customer service significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management can provide better staff training to ensure all guests, regardless of nationality or language ability, feel welcomed and respected.

Super schön aber leider laut
Pros:

Das Badehaus war neu und modern gestaltet. Für jeden was dabei. Das Essen war sehr gut.
Der Garten und die Anlage ist sehr groß und liebevoll gestaltet.
Das Zimmer (Deluxe) war sehr großzügig.
Die Penkenbergbahn ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Wir waren im Frühsommer bei hohen Temperaturen. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Es ist unglaublich warm und stickig geworden. Das Fenster über Nacht aufzumachen war notwendig, aber auch keine gute Lösung. Unser Zimmer hatte "Wiesenblick" das beinhaltet aber auch die Hauptstraße und eine Bahnstrecke. Der Lärm war ohrenbetäubend. An erholsamen Schlaf war die Tage leider nicht zu denken.
