Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat mir super geschmeckt und besonders das reichhaltige, grosse Frühstücksbuffet hat mich überzeugt. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Besonders toll fand ich, dass das Hotel auch geführte Wanderungen mit einem Wanderführer anbietet. Der sehr grosse Wellnessbereich lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Neuhaus Zillertal Resort und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter – man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird.

Auch das Essen war jedes Mal ein echtes Highlight. Die Auswahl, die Qualität und die Präsentation waren hervorragend und haben unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen.

Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls wunderschön und perfekt, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Resort ist sehr angenehm und lädt einfach zum Abschalten und Genießen ein.

Auch die Lage im Zillertal ist perfekt – man hat zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge direkt vor der Tür.

Alles in allem war es für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an willkommen gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen besonderen Urlaub mit tollem Service, leckerem Essen und einer wunderschönen Atmosphäre suchen!

Pros:

Everything - location has incredible views, room was roomy and clean and felt like home right away. Food was delicious and staff were helpful.

Cons:

The temperature of the outdoor pool and jacuzzi could have been higher as it was quite cold outside. Our premium suite room could have done with a coffee machine. A kettle would’ve also been useful.

Bij aankomst goed ontvangen ivm parkeren en we heerlijke dagen gehad!

Super welness, fijne kamers.

Wij gaan nooit meer terug! Veel te druk en zeer onvriendelijk personeel aan receptie en parkeerproblemen.
Pros:

Ligging en tuin. Kwaliteit maaltijden goed maar veel te druk aan de buffetten. Bediening zeer vriendelijk in restaurant.

Cons:

Desondanks het hotel privé-parkeerplaats garandeert, was er een groot tekort. We hebben dan geprobeerd om een garage te huren van het hotel aan 10€ per dag maar die was te smal om binnen te kunnen rijden en uit te stappen door allerhande rommel die het hotel daar had opgeslagen (sofa’s, oude meubelen, enz. )We hebben onze auto een eind verderop op een onbewaakte gemeentelijke parking moeten zetten aan 35€ per dag. Wanneer we het aankaartten bij de receptie van het hotel kregen we een sneer en een snauw maar oplossing bleef uit. De kamer werd matig gepoetst, kan veel beter voor een voor een 4-sterren hotel.

C’était top, belle découverte du Tyrol
Pros:

La propreté, la nourriture.
Beaucoup de choix au petit dejeuner
Et le spa qui est magnifique

Cons:

Repas du soir un peu trop tôt. ( il faut arriver à la table à maximum 20h )
