It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone we encountered—from the doormen, valet and entrance team who welcomed us upon arrival, to the reception staff, restaurant team, housekeeping staff, and everyone who greeted and assisted us throughout the property—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and whenever we needed assistance, help was always available immediately. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay.

Thank you very much for everything. We are leaving with wonderful memories and feeling truly happy and satisfied with our experience.

Our recent stay at EQ Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen Room, which was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the spotless bathroom to the well-kept facilities. The pool was another highlight of our stay and quickly became a favourite spot for our family to relax and unwind.

What truly sets EQ apart, however, is its people. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, humble, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Service was consistently prompt, and every request was handled efficiently and graciously. It is rare to find a hotel where hospitality feels so genuine.

A very special mention goes to Radhika, the Reservations Manager. From the very first interaction before our arrival until the end of our stay, she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and attentive. Her dedication to ensuring that our family had a memorable experience did not go unnoticed and played a significant role in making our stay so enjoyable.

The most touching moment came during our stay when my son's birthday arrived. Without us requesting or planning anything, the hotel surprised him with a small cake, a beautiful rose, and warm birthday wishes. Seeing the look of surprise and happiness on his face was priceless. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that created a memory our family will cherish for years to come.

Luxury hotels can offer beautiful rooms and impressive facilities, but what makes a stay truly unforgettable is the people behind the experience. EQ Hotel has mastered both. We arrived with high expectations and left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel team, especially Sarita and Ajin. Prior to our arrival, I requested a simple birthday decoration, and the staff beautifully decorated the room and even provided us with a complimentary birthday cake, & fresh flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration extra special.

The room was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Really great experience. The room was amazing and breakfast had lots of choice .
Most important of all was the helpful staff . Thank you to the lovely reception staff who assisted with a problem I had with my lunch . They sorted it out immediately.

I would say the attention to detail and guest hospitality far exceeded my expectations.
