Für ein langes Wochenende am See top!
Pros:

Gut erreichbar, Zimmer mit Balkln und Blick auf den Comer See. Strandpromenade und zahlreiche Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Einfache aber saubere Ausstattung.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück verfügbar. Die Bar im EG des Hauses öffnet erst um 9.00 Uhr. Es gab aber fußläufig Gelegenheiten zum Frühstück.

Tolle Aussicht auf den See, schöner Balkon und mit Liebe eingerichtet, kleine Kaffeebar, Kühlschrank sowie der unkomplizierte Check-In

Cons:

Leider ist die Unterkunft direkt über einer Bar und an der Straße - bis 24 Uhr war nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Leider keine Klimaanlage, was bei diesen Temperaturen im Juli nicht angenehm ist - es gibt zwar einen kleinen Ventilator, aber runter kühlen kann dieser nicht

Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem standen Kaffee/Tee und sogar Gebäck bereit. Der Blick und der sonnige, große Balkon hätten schöner nicht sein können. Direkt vor der Tür gratis Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Der Check in ist etwas kompliziert und es ist wahnsinnig laut, was aber in der Lage nicht zu vermeiden ist.

Très déçue. Rien à voir avec le descriptif (pas de lit King size, wifi non fonctionnel, pas de p’tit dej sauf si les 2 croissants préemballés sont considérés comme le p’tit dej mais en tout cas pas de possibilité de faire du thé ou du café, photos trompeuses,…)
Bruit intempestif de la rue et des voisins (aucune insonorisation). Chaleur insoutenable et pas d’ airco.. Je suis étonnée de voir les commentaires positifs.

Właściciel do zameldowania żądał przesłania na WhatsApp zdjęcia obu stron dowodów osobistych. Innym obiektom wystarczy przesłanie do wypełnienia formularzy meldunkowych. Po co zdjęcia dowodów (nie mam żadnej kontroli do czego on je wykorzysta), nie rozumiem dlaczego Booking zezwala na takie praktyki. Bezpłatny parking przy sąsiednich ulicach jest dostępny jedynie dala osób z nieprawdopodobnym szczęściem.

Mooie kamers met extra’s zoals faciliteiten voor koffie etc.

Cons:

De naam en Google Maps doet vermoeden dat het een hotel is. Dat is het zeker niet. Geen receptie, geen bar/restaurant en geen ontbijt faciliteiten. Auto parkeren op straat op de weinig beschikbare plekken. Dat is lastig en vervelend. De weg rond het meer is vreselijk druk, lawaaiig en elke Italiaan denkt dat hij heel goed en te hard kan en mag rijden.

Gewoon goed op basis van de prijs/kwalitiet
Pros:

Vanuit de kamer, prachtig uitzicht op het meer. De linnen en het sanitair was schoon. Het gebouw voelde echt autheniek Italiaans aan, misschien een beetje kneuterig, wat wij persoonlijk leuk vonden.

Cons:

De koelkast op de kamer maakte veel geluid. Was echter makkelijk te verhelpen.
