Happy Aardvark!
Pros:

Everything about the St Giles House Hotel was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal as we were staying in Norwich for a family wedding at The Assembly Halls.
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was perfect, clean and fully equipped for all we needed plus the extra designs of the towels by the cleaners for our entertainment 😀

The first room we had was unpleasant. Very stained carpet. Stained furniture. leaky sink. hard bed and pillows. We complained and got moved. The breakfast was OK but the catering could be improved.
