Pros:

Lovely hotel and big room. Breakfast was very nice too. Parking was easy too once we found it but instructions were good.

Staff were friendly, we all enjoyed the breakfast. St Giles is in a great position within walking distance to the city. The best thing about this hotel is the staff..

Cons:

Having to pay for parking . We felt the rooms needed up dating, the chair in our room was ripped underneath.There was no USB chargers in the room. The carpets in the room and hall ways needed a good clean . The lift sounded like it needed replacing

Beautiful building, huge bedroom. Good location, great staff

Cons:

Weird drain smell but not bad enough to cause problems. Wasn’t sure if room service was available and no mini bar. For the cost maybe a bit more in the room.

Delightful stay in the heart of Norwich!
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel situated conveniently in the centre of Norwich. It has been recently refurbished with an Irish theme, including the De Dannan restaurant. Staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel has a car park ( increasingly rare), which is a bonus. The breakfast options are varied and the cooked breakfast delicious.

Lots to like, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Staff were all amazing, welcoming and accommodating. The accomodation itself was interesting and unique (which I liked) but starting to look a little tired. Location was superb.

Cons:

The car park was insanely difficult to find, despite the hotel going to great lengths to explain how, because both Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze directed me to a nearby street and expected me to complete the final 300m on foot. To a carpark! Figured it out based on landmarks in the end which was a bit crazy. The building my room was in was old - which is a positive for me - but the floorboards were increadibly creaky.

A great location for the centre of Norwich, with its own car park. The staff are so friendly, it has a great atmosphere,
Pros:

It’s being carefully refurbished with much work already done to create a wonderful Art Deco style that gives it much character. Our room was very comfortable, the food was really great and the staff were fantastic, soooo friendly.

Cons:

It still looks a little tired in a few places where refurbishment hasn’t happened yet, but this shouldn’t put you off staying here, as the room quality, food and friendly atmosphere far outweigh this.

Atmosphärisches Hotel in guter Lage mit ambitionierter Leitung.

Schönes altes Gebäude in guter Lage. Der Annex mit den Zimmern ist funktional und unser Zimmer war bereits gut modernisiert
Sehr nette italienischstämmige Bedienung beim Frühstück. Auch der Empfang war freundlich.

Man sollte darauf achten, ein renoviertes Zimmer zu erhalten.
