Unfortunately the dorm's door was broken and couldn't be locked, the ac didn't work and the keys to the private cupboards were missing.

Perfect!
Pros:

The location is perfect! Right near old town centre making it essy to reach all the main attractions and the sea! Easy to reach from and to the airport!
Staff is super helpful and accommodating! The rooftop terrace has a gorgeous view in the evening!

Terrible
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There was a leak in our room that go into our bag and soaked our clothes and passport.
Staff gave us a new room but then asked us to go back there the day after because they had another client coming to stay in our new room.
Terrible customer service would not recommend. For over €100 a night its terrible value. They also refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and the damage to our property.
