Ottima posizione, ma i bagni al piano terra non hanno una buona aerazione. Appena ti fai una doccia, rimane appannato e bagnato e rimane umido per ore!

Pros:

Gostámos de tudo, especialmente do pessoal, que foi realmente magnífico. As duas senhoras de cabelo branco, o jovem e a jovem ofereceram um serviço excelente, parabéns a todos.
O estabelecimento também está bem adaptado para pessoas com deficiência que utilizam cadeira de rodas manual.

Wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy.
Cons:

I travel and stay in hostels quite frequently, and I completely understand that sometimes you have to overlook certain things because of the price. However, this hostel was by far the worst experience I have ever had while travelling.

The biggest issue was the complete lack of security. The front door of the hostel is constantly left open, including at night, and there is almost never anyone at the reception. The staff stays in an inner room without any visual contact with the entrance. Even worse, the door to my dormitory room did not have a key and simply could not be locked. This means that literally anyone could walk into the hostel from the street and then walk directly into the room. I honestly find this completely unacceptable for a hostel.

The room also had an extremely strong smell of mould — not just a little dampness, but a really intense mouldy smell that even impregnated my bath towel. If you have any kind of allergy or sensitivity to mould, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The staff was another major disappointment. During check-in, I was treated in an extremely rude and condescending way, as if I were an idiot who couldn’t understand basic things. The staff were generally extremely careless, unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in providing decent service.

There is also a deposit required to get a locker key. This in itself is not a problem, but the staff made such a fuss about giving change that, in practice, you may end up leaving more than €10 just to get the key to the tiny locker provided.

I don’t usually leave very negative reviews, because I understand that hostels are budget accommodation and that not everything will be perfect. But this was a completely different level. Poor security, strong mould smell, rude staff and an overall careless attitude. By far my worst hostel experience to date.
