A lot of great restaurants within walking distance and staff were very attentive.
There’s a lot of stairs. I had a budget room with a private bathroom which, although was my own, I had to access through the hallway. I recommend spending extra for the superior room. Although standard does the job and is good for the price.

Staff were friendly and helped me with my suitcase, carrying it up the narrow stairs (no lift).
Bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Clearly the bedroom hadn't even been vacuumed. The bathroom was a separate room down the hall. I'm also not sure if it was private as stated in the details on booking.com. If it was private, then it was clearly not cleaned before I arrived. If it was shared, then the information on booking is incorrect. Either way, it felt like a public bathroom in a train station or something. I never normally complain about places I stay, but this was pretty unacceptable!
It’s was in a congested area on top of other buildings. The surroundings were dirty. It says it’s close to Heathrow but it’s not which is misleading because it says on the app broadway on Heathrow.

Perfect choice for a hassle-free stay. South Hall offers clean, modern accommodation with all the essentials. It is incredibly convenient for transport, and the staff are wonderful. A comfortable bed, peaceful night's sleep, and great hospitality. Will definitely stay again!
location is so congested
We booked 'Superior Double rooms, but to say they were small was an understatement. When there is no room for a chair in the room because the gap around the bed is less than 600mm, and you can't open the shower room door without it banging into the bed, I'm not sure you can call that a 'Superior' room. That said I didn't see a standard double room so maybe it could have been worse.
Overall the cost of the room was not bad so maybe we were just expecting too much for the money, but the room was not reflected in the images on Booking.com.
Overall experience was good, The staff was excellent in terms of giving service and room was also very neet and clean. Moreover, there was a common kitchen in the hotel!! It’s gaves us a option to make own food whenever we want.

Ingenting. Dette var helt forferdelig sted å være. Bildene er rett og slett scam.
Skittent opphold. Bildene er ikke samme som når du kommer fram til hotellet. Skitne håndklær, veldig dårlig sted å være. Dro fra hotellet neste dag da jeg sjekket inn sent på kvelden og ikke hadde andre muligheter
