Had a great stay at the hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everything was comfortable and well managed. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
Very convenient location for shopping and eating in the Indian area of Southall. The value for money is good. Near to the Sikh gurdwara. The hotel staff were very helpful. They (Honey) carried our baggage up and again when we left. The room and bathroom had been renovated recently.
No elevator (stairs only) makes it difficult for seniors or persons with disabilities. The bed was crammed up against the window.
Good and comfy room, great location and good customer service and relationships.
This is one of the best hotels

Goede ligging en midden in een drukke straat. Als lekker Indiaas wilt eten dan zit je goed.
Cleanness !!
Very near to Elizabeth Line Station..due to this easily commute to central London.
Warm welcome from receptionist Hunny.
Early checked-In occasional allowed.
There is no elevator, going up and using stair which is little bit difficult, however support is provided.
Clean, friendly staff, close to shops, good wifi signal
Everything was fine for me. Rooms looked the same as the pictures. The staff were there 24 hours and were very attentive, they helped with recommendations on where to go and where to eat, and also provided me with an ironing board upon request. The hotel was on higher floors and it felt like an old London townhouse with high ceilings etc, but modernised. Overall, great experience and will stay again if ever in Southall.
No lift, but no problem since the reception staff helped with my bags without me needing to ask. Great service!
Staff was very friendly…. Room was good and clean when we reached also newly renovated and looks very clean…. Situated in a very good place as lots of food places around here.. WiFi also works really good as most hotels in southall don’t have good connection…. Overall one of the best hotels in southall to visit
Stayed here for a couple of nights and had a really good experience overall. The hotel is in a great location in Southall, with plenty of shops, restaurants and transport links nearby, which made getting around really easy.
What really stood out was the level of service. It’s a smaller, boutique-style hotel, and the team are genuinely attentive and helpful - it feels much more personal than the usual. You don’t really get that everywhere, and it made the stay feel a lot more comfortable and looked after.
The room itself was fine, clean and had everything needed. We were also offered an upgrade on arrival, which added a nice touch to the overall experience with slippers etc.
Would definitely stay again
It may not be the cheapest option around, but the service and overall feel of the place make it worthwhile.
Clean, 24h reception, room as in description with all amenities.
Loud, busy area of London also in the night.
Good location for landing in heathrow in the evening, moving on to london the next day, having a great Indian dinner.
The hotel is right next to a busy street which is loud throughout the night, the bed sheets and towels were clean but bath mats and anywhere not immediately obvious were not exactly spotless... I don't agree with the 1 star reviews, at least for the double room with a private bathroom/shower, but it's more of a 5 than an 8.9, so the rating felt inflated, and it is not as spotless as the images at all.
It was simply too noisy for us, so after one night we cut our losses and moved to a similarly priced hotel in a more central London area that was cheaper and with better cleanliness standards and no noise issues.
The staff are helpful and friendly, but that doesn't solve the fundamental issue of the noise. If you can deal with the noise and have a high tolerance for a little bit of dirt, this may be a good deal for you.
