Access to rooms via a steep staircase, suitcases need to be carried up. A very helpful member of staff did carry a suitcase up to my room.

The location is probably the biggest advantage of this hotel. It’s right in the centre of Southall, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and transport options within a few minutes’ walk. Very handy if you’re visiting the area or travelling to Heathrow.
The room had all the essentials, including tea and coffee, toiletries, toothbrushes and slippers. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were approachable whenever we needed anything.
Parking isn’t directly outside the hotel, but there are options nearby and reception can help direct you, which makes things easier if you’re unfamiliar with the area.
It’s a busy high street, so naturally there’s quite a lot going on outside. The hotel has taken steps to reduce the noise through improved windows, which is worth knowing if you’re concerned about staying somewhere central. There’s also a manned reception throughout the night rather than just an unattended entrance, which is reassuring.
Overall, it’s a practical and welcoming place to stay, particularly if you want to be close to everything Southall has to offer.

What stood out most was the service. Adarsh was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.
The room was nice and clean, especially the bathroom which looked recently updated. Shower was great, good pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable too and we slept well.
It's not a big luxury hotel, but that's not what we were expecting. It's a smaller place with a more personal feel, and the staff genuinely seem to care about their guests.
Would definitely stay again. Only giving it a 9 because there's always room for improvement!
Stayed here for a couple of nights and couldn't really fault it. Check-in was quick and easy, i was offered a room upgrade on arrival which I took, the room was spotless and everything worked as it should. The bathroom was particularly nice, looked very modern and the shower was excellent. Slept really well especially with the staff offering us a late checkout.
What I liked most was how easy everything was. Staff were always around if you needed anything, even late at night, and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere. You don't always get that personal touch at bigger hotels.
Only small downside is that there's no lift, but one of the staff offered to carry our bags upstairs so it wasn't really an issue for us.
Would happily book again. 10/10 from me!
Location was good and clean with modern bathrooms.
It was walking distance to the train station, it was clean and comfortable for the most part the water tea and coffee was very nice to have in my room after a long trip
It was very warm in the room so air conditioning would be a welcome investment in addition to the fans that they did have. The bathroom was a bit dirty with dead bugs on the window seal and the shower door was very hard to open and close. The location was on the high street so it was a bit loud at night. It's also upstairs with no elevator so no disability friendly however when I checked out the gentleman did take my luggage downstairs for me

We paid 300 pounds for one night ( due to air traffic disruption all hotel price were high). it was very expensive for the inn. It’s located in the Pakistani, Indian and Afghan area.

Total dreckig, überall Haare. Eine Hitze im Zimmer, schlafen nur mit offenem Fenster möglich. Außerdem wurde vorehr geraucht, es stank widerlich.
Umgebung laut und dreckig, ständig fuhr der Krankenwagen.
