Pros:

Very clean and modern. Everything we needed was there and we were given emails to keep us upto date.

Cons:

We didn't realise the apartment was on a higher floor.

Great base to explore this wonderful city and the surrounding area
Pros:

Great location. Office next door so could leave bags. Staff really friendly and helpful…it was so hot during our stay and we were kindly given another fan when I asked. Modern and clean, compact but had everything we needed

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit squeaky!

Pros:

Perfect location, immaculate apartment, amazing views, friendly and helpful team. What's not to love!

Cons:

If you stay during the summer it is hot in the apartment. Two fans are supplied, but we brought an additional one which helped.

Friendly staff, fantastic location and affordable.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags earlier than our check in time which was very handy. The apartment was very cosy and the location was fantastic.

Cons:

AC wasn’t working but there was a fan. The apartment didn’t have a lift.

An amazing stay in an amazing location with an amazing concept, however is a bit on pricey side all things considered
Pros:

Really cool design with the mezzanine.
Location was unbeatable
two TVs was a lovely touch

Cons:

Cowshed products however there was none actually there, was a bit of a letdown because such a lovely product

No staff was a little bit hard to deal with at times, but the system does work maybe it’s just a preference

Terrible organisation from vendor having booked by booking.com.
Pros:

Cancelled my booking, no refund offered. Significant confusion in messaging.

Cons:

Didn’t even stay there as booking cancelled with minimal notice. Booking.com team were appalling and poorly responsive to the issues when raised.

Fantastic value and quality accommodation in the heart of Bath.
Pros:

Central location was really convenient, the property was well-appointed and clean and the staff were all friendly. Amy went the extra mile for us (resolving a problem with the lock) and made our stay! We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Some other guests were noisy till late and the sound travelled.

Fantastic apartment in central location

Cons:

I didn't realize my unit was on the 5th floor with no elevator. The second bed was a pull out sofa bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. There was a lot of construction noise and seagulls being noisy early in the morning. I don't blame the building for the construction but maybe there can be better sound proofing for the seagulls that will continue to exist after construction is over.
