Very nice clean comfort staff very good and helpful you get what you pay for.

The staff, and the cleanliness where superb. The bed was lovely and comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The area is also wonderful and peaceful.
The room, I was put in, had no window that I could look out of, there seemed to be an AC unit or something on all night, outside it, and the light in bathroom around the mirror, did not work. Despite asking for it to be looked at. The breakfast was delicious, as I mentioned above, but it's very expensive for what you could choose. While there are lots of options to choose from, the kippers were divine! if you just want porridge or toast, then the £19 per day price tag is extortionate.

The room was spotless . Tea and coffee making supplies were a good bonus and iron and ironing board available and even a hair dryer.
The shower was lovely apart from the fact as soon as you had soap on the bottom of the shower it became very slippy so could have done with a shower mat. There were about 10 spiders in the bathroom a couple came into the shower which I washed away. The spiders didn't really bother me it was more about feeling unstable in the shower.
Staff were pleasant. The hotel was lovely. Food was a tad expensive as was the beer and wine, but it was to be expected in a hotel. Hubby used the onsite fitness centre, said it was very good, and had plenty of weights to choose from
All in all, it was a very lovely stay.

There wasn't any mirror on the dresser for styling hair, so needed to lay hot mat on chair and then stand and pull around to use wardrobe mirror - not easy - or safe

Location was good for us. Bar area pleasant.

Huge, rather bland room with no chairs to relax in, no carpet on floor, no welcoming details about the hotel or area and no fire escape details. These were available using a QR (?) Code but the writing was so small I couldn't read it.
Lack of fire escape in Beaupre room 32 unless prepared to climb out of window is a concern.
No telephone in room.
Only three coathangers in wardrobe.
Rainfall shower had about half the jets blocked with limescale. I had to remove this before showering.
Disappointing view from the room.
Desk, bedside and bathroom lamps are very modern with no obvious way if switching them on and no instructions.
No air conditioning.
No obvious onsite staff during the night Was advised by barman that the bar would close early so unable to get any refreshments post 10.00 pm.
At £130.00 room only I do not believe this to be good value.
The room was clean, plenty of teas/coffees available, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
There was no view from the room, which was also a bit small and the corridors and communal areas were a bit characterless.

Bar and lounge area were air conditioned. Nice spacious public area and comfy sofas.
Some items were missing from our room, but a quick word with reception and it was all sorted. The bed was a bit lumpy and could do with a new mattress.
We stayed in the Studio and it was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The Moorings restaurant was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here.
