Had it been refundable I would not have stayed and will not stay again.
Pros:

Easy to find.

Cons:

Smokers right outside upstairs and smoke drifted down.

Noise from the highway.

No ice machine or ice bucket

Bathroom window slide portion in upside down, Position consequently window could not be closed.

Air conditioner / heater up high on Wall. Only way to see the controls was to stand on a chair. Remote for air conditioner appeared not to work. Since it was only the quilt and a sheet, I left the temperature at 68 when going to bed. I didn’t hear it come on all night and it was completely off in the morning.

Curtain rods took the place of towel rods on the wall.

Refrigerator not plugged in

the bathroom sink was clogged, there was something on the comforter, the walls were so thin we could hear people talking next to us and upstairs in addition to the footsteps. They charged me two days even though I didn't stay there 30 minutes. I told the front desk woman that I wasn't sure I was going to stay the full two days and I left after 30 minutes. They never refunded any monies back. I guess that's what you get for staying a foreign county owner.

The place looks nothing like the pictures.. mostly dirt roads and had a sketchy entrance way.. we got into the room and you could see dirt all over the floor and was on the bed as well.. the plug in sockets all looked like they would fry my devices.. the shower had mold and gaps and the sink had hair all over it.. really bad vibes.. even my son was scared to stay there.. left within 1 minute of opening the door and they refused to refund me saying it was my issue not theirs.. I got booking involved and they handled the situation well.. they should be removed from booking in my opinion.

Dirty nasty awful
Pros:

It had 3 beds, it was suppose to be 3 queen beds but it was 3 full beds.

Cons:

The room was very dirty!! Black hair all over in tub, the sink had dried soap all over faucet. Floor turned our feet black so dirty!! Needed to just be cleaned right!! They charged us 80.00 to park our 3 cars we had without any notice ahead of time!!! Never staying here again!!!

Pros:

Bed is comfortable, reasonably priced.

Cons:

On a very busy loud road and you can hear traffic until very late as well as neighbors chatting. It does not have sound proof rooms as advertised. The owner kind of bothered me immediately. Nothing specific just something about his body language was off putting.

Stay was ok. A bit expensive with the lack of amenities.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. Manager was friendly and helpful. There was no ice machine for ice so he gave me some in a plastic bag.

Cons:

No breakfast available, on Booking.com it listed a breakfast. No vending machines, no carpet in rooms.
