Skuffende standard og dårlig service!
Pros:

Stort værelse og altan.

Cons:

Ikke alt for rent på værelset.
Savnede elkedel, mini køleskab.
Håndsæben på badeværelset var shampoo!
Der mangler noget hygge, værelset svarer ikke til billederne, hvor der er meget mere stemningsfyldt.
Ekstrem dårlig oplevelse med bestyreren og håndtering af kontrovers ved udcheckning. Virkelig ubehøvlet, hidsig og grimt sprogbrug. Vi var uenige i beløbet for turistskatten i forhold til vores booking bekræftelse. Hvilket vi selvfølgelig påtalte. Bestyreren kom marcherende ud i receptionen, som en tordensky.
Det viste sig, at den var steget efter vi havde booket.
Hverken hotellet eller booking havde gidet at opdatere prisen.
Pludselig blev det vores problem, som gæster, hvilket det på ingen måde bør være.

Pros:

Im Rahmen der Halbpension war das Abendessen immer sehr gut und lecker.
Das Zimmer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr geräumig und die Aussicht war auch sehr schön.
Das Team vom Frühstück und Abendessen war auch immer sehr freundlich, offen für Wünsche und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zeit (17-21 Uhr) in der man den Saunabereich nutzen kann, dürfte gerne früher beginnen, damit es sich etwas entzerrt und vor dem Abendessen nicht schlagartig so voll wird in den zwei Saunen.

Das Alpennest ist ein total süßes Hotel mit tollen Mitarbeitern, leckerem abwechslungsreichen Essen, einem Frühstücksbuffett, das kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt, einem gemütlichen Saunabereich und schönen Zimmern. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder 😊

Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Unsere Räder wurden in einen Container verschlossen, gleichzeitig konnte man auch laden. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Besonderer Dank für die Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag.
