Pros:

Le bord de mer

Cons:

Le renouveau des appartements. Ils ont au moins 30 ans.
Tout le mobilier à changer c'est vieux jeu.
Mettre des fauteuils pour se reposer.
Trouver une solution pour les relents d'égout.
Et beaucoup d'autres choses

Avec certains commentaires lus, j'avoue que j'ai un peu stressé avant notre arrivée mais...
Nous avons été très bien accueilli
Le logement était propre à notre arrivée, nous avions bien vue sur la mer. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient.
Nous avons passé 4 jours agréables.

Cons:

Je suis d'accord avec quelques commentaires..il manque de la lumière dans la salle de bain, le coin douche est sombre.
Tarif journalier pour un chien élevé (12€/jour)

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Pool in einer ruhigen Ecke von Valras-Plage war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Die Residence ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Appartement hat dementsprechend einiges an Potential für eine Renovierung. Der Preis war dafür aber OK.

Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Personnel adorable, serviable, efficace, souriant. Situation géographique excellente, non loin du centre, des commodités ainsi que des axes routiers. Et surtout au bord de la mer. Magnifiques couleurs. Très belle vue. Accès à une plage privée et une piscine extérieure. Malheureusement, temps venteux. Pas pu en profiter.

Cons:

Wifi uniquement à la réception, pas pratique du tout.

Logement spacieux et trés bien placé.
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'espace dans le logement, le jardinet, l’accès direct à la plage, la proximité avec restaurant et épiceries.

Cons:

Petites améliorations possibles:
La peinture de la porte d'entrée à refaire complètement
Pas d'accrochage possible du pommeau de douche.
Pas de tablette dans la douche pour poser son savon.
Le canapé du salon très inconfortable pour nos vieux os.

Cons:

Es ist die schlimmste Unterkunft, die ich je gebucht habe (bereise seit 20 Jahren 53 Länder). Hier stimmt gar nichts! Hier wird keine Leistung für viel Geld verkauft. Und dann noch 309€ Kaution für eine Nacht verlangen. Selber Betten überziehen (sehr schmutzige Kopfkulissen und Matratze). Man darf auch alles wieder selber abziehen und reinigen - und an der Rezeption abgeben. Überall nur Schmutz und abgewohnte alte Möbel. Keine Seife und kein Duschgel.

Wäre ich mit Familie angereist, hätte ich das erste Mal im Leben anwaltliche Hilfe wegen einer Unterkunft geholt.

Ich könnte noch viel schreiben. Aber besser ist es, um diese Unterkunft ab sofort einen riesigen Bogen zu machen und andere Reisende vor der Buchung zu warnen.

Die nette Angestellte an der Rezeption kann leider nichts für ihre Vorgesetzten, die sowas zulassen!

La vue est incroyable
Séjour en avril
Un temps magnifique
La piscine ouverte froide pour les plus frileux mais les enfants en ont profité

Cons:

Se munir d’anti moustique au abords de la piscine et si logement situé a côté ou au dessus car nous avons été attaquée je n'imagine pas en pleine saison
Le Séjour reste agréable et je recommande vivement en cette saison
